Suzuki Motorcycle India has announced the extension of free service, warranty, and extended warranty for its products. The decision was taken considering the convenience of the customers amidst the second wave of the COVID-19 outbreak.
The company announced that the validity of the free service or warranty period expiring between 1 April, 2021 and 31 May, 2021 will be extended until 15 July, 2021. This extension is valid on primary warranty, extended warranty, and free services. Speaking about the extension, Satoshi Uchida, Company Head, Suzuki Motorcycle India, said that this extension will enable customers to avail the benefits at their convenience after the lockdown and restrictions are lifted.
Apart from Suzuki, manufacturers such as Bajaj Auto, Hero MotoCorp, Honda 2Wheelers India, TVS Motor Company, India Yamaha Motor, KTM India, and Benelli have also extended the validity of free services and warranties on their respective products.
