- Vespa GTV launched in Europe
- Gets a powerful 24bhp engine
- Gets traction control system
Piaggio has unveiled its most powerful Vespa scooter ever. The new Vespa GTV has been launched for the European market.
For 2023, this scooter has received many significant and minor upgrades, making the GTV extremely aspirational. The most essential upgrade has come in the form of a performance increase. A 300cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine now powers the Vespa GTV. This motor makes 23.4bhp and 26Nm of peak torque.
The other additions have been made in the aesthetics and the features departments. This retro scooter gets full LED lights and a matt black design theme. As a part of this theme, the alloy wheels, exhaust cover, grabrail, rearview mirrors and footrests have been dipped in matt black
The Italians are known to equip their vehicles with lots of features. The Vespa GTV gets a keyless start-stop, traction control system, ABS, and USB charging port. For now, Piaggio is offering this scooter in two colours, and sadly neither of them will come to India as there’s no market for such scooters in the country.
