The 2022 edition of Royal Enfield Rider Mania is just a week away and a close look at the event’s official page reveals a startling number – over 10,000 people have already registered for this event and more are expected. While you are prepping your bikes and gear, we tell you five things you should be doing at the 2022 Rider Mania.
Royal Enfield is likely to unveil its brand-new bike – the Super Meteor 650 at Rider Mania. This event is a must-attend for riders who have been planning to upgrade to 650cc cruisers. The Super Meteor 650 looks quite nice in the pictures, and we can’t wait to see it in person and then ride it.
The riding schools
In the 2022 edition, there will be a few motorcycle riding schools that will take place at Vagator. India’s first Dakar rider CS Santosh is there to train at the off-roading training academy. This is the place to be for Himalayan riders to learn the tricks of riding off-road. There will be slide school as well. This is where you will see the modified Himalayan without a front brake. Two more riding activities will take place – trail school and ace the hill – a hill climbing competition.
Compete
There’s the famous FMSCI-approved dirt race that will happen at Rider Mania 20222. So it’s a good idea to take part in it because there aren’t a lot of races that happen in India where the participation is so huge. Plus, you will get to meet and greet like-minded riders.
Music & Food
Goa is all about great music and some yummy food and at 2022 Rider Mania, things could go to a whole new level. The music line-up looks super interesting for all three days and well, the food menus are bound to be yummy. So, it is a good idea to leave your diet at home for a few days.
Empty that wallet
There will be a lot of motorcycle gear and accessories shops that are bound to tempt you to take the wallet out. So just make sure that you know what you have to buy or else expect an insanely big credit card bill in December.
