To commemorate the occasion of the 75th Independence day in India, Tork Motors has brought down the booking amount of its electric motorcycle, the Kratos, to just Rs 75. This reduced booking amount will be valid until 15 August, after which it will go back to its usual price of Rs 999.
Tork Motors launched the Kratos standard and Kratos R electric motorcycles in January this year. While the former is priced at Rs 1,07,999, the latter costs Rs 1,22,999 (both prices are ex-showroom, Pune including FAME-II subsidy). Notably, the company commenced deliveries of the bikes just last month when it dispatched the first batch of 20 units of its e-bikes from its headquarters in Pune.
As for the technical specifications of the electric bikes, both the variants of the Kratos differ in terms of motor specifications and features. The R trim runs on a 9kW motor with a maximum torque of 38Nm with a rated top speed of 105kmph. Meanwhile, the motor of the standard iteration makes 7.5kW, a maximum torque of 28Nm, and it can attain a top speed of 100kmph. The 4kWh battery pack is common in both variants which delivers a range of 120km.
Both electric motorcycles from Tork Motors are available only in five cities across India including Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, and Hyderabad.
