Tork has re-entered the Indian two-wheeler market after a brief hiatus with the launch of the Kratos and the Kratos R. We rode the Kratos R for a short stint and here's what we think of it. It's priced at Rs 1,38,582 (ex-showroom, Pune). And if you are looking for other alternatives in the similar price range, then here's the list.
TVS Apache RTR 200 4V
First of the five options you can choose from is the TVS Apache RTR 200 4V. It's priced at Rs 1,41,140 and is the most feature-packed bike you can buy in its segment. From adjustable suspension, to ride modes and smartphone connectivity, the Apache is loaded to its gills. It's powered by a 197.5cc single cylinder motor that dishes out 20.54bhp and 17.25Nm.
Bajaj Pulsar F250
Bajaj recently launched the Pulsar F250 in India and it is priced at Rs 1,40,915. It's powered by a 249cc single cylinder motor with a claimed output of 24.1bhp and 21.5Nm. While the bike could be a little behind in terms of feature and performance from its competition, being a petrol-powered motorcycle still gives you the ease of easy refuel and pretty much no range-anxiety. If you fancy it, check out our review here.
Suzuki Gixxer SF
Another faired offering in the list of alternatives is the Suzuki Gixxer SF, priced at Rs 1,33,300. The bike has been around for a while and is well-known for its nimble handling and lively motor. Suzuki has powered it by a 155cc single cylinder motor that churns out 13.4bhp and 13.8Nm. While that's not a lot of power, the Gixxer SF makes for a decent city runabout and good buy for first time owners.
Ola S1 Pro
When talking about electric two-wheelers, the Ola S1 Pro is a fairly popular name. While the reviews from its owners may be polarizing, the e-scooter has certainly promised a lot on paper. It's priced at Rs 1,29,999 and claims to offer 181km of range. Not to mention, the S1 Pro also packs a ton of features and you can head here to read more about it.
Yamaha Aerox 155
Last but not the least, the Yamaha Aerox 155 has also made it to the list. It's priced at Rs 1,34,570 and has managed to be in the spotlight for a while now. It's a thorough sporty maxi-scooter and the only one in the segment. The Aerox 155 not only looks radical but also packs a punchy motor to back up its sporty demeanor. Yamaha has plonked in the YZF R15's 155cc liquid-cooled VVA motor in it and boy, it is fun to ride. Read our full review here.
