Triumph Motorcycles has launched a host of after-sales initiatives for its customers in India. The company has started taking online bookings for servicing the bikes.

The online service booking is applicable to all Triumph showrooms in the country. This can be done by visiting the company’s official website and visiting ‘Book a service’ option. Once in that page, the customer needs to mention the last six digits of the VIN, followed by the dealer and the work that needs to be done the motorcycle. Post this, the customer needs to select the date and time for service and then finally visit the details and summary pages. Here, the customer will be able to see the final pricing.

The British-brand has also introduced some service packages along with extended warranties. Interestingly, this warranty is applicable at all Triumph showrooms across the world. The company claims that these bikes have limitless kilometres coverage. These initiatives are transferable to a new buyer in case of second hand transaction.

We believe this is an excellent initiative by the company. Maintaining a big bike is always been an issue in the country, but with support like this, the customers are bound to be get more confident when it comes to overall ownership experiences.
