- Triumph Gold Line models revealed
- To be available for all Bonneville models and Street Scrambler
- India launch to take place by early 2022
In April this year, Triumph had launched the limited edition Gold Line model of its Street Twin offering in India. After receiving a favourable response for the bike, Triumph has now extended the Gold Line treatment to its other models including Bonneville T100, Bonneville T120, Bonneville Speedmaster, Bonneville Bobber, and the Street Scrambler. Interestingly, all these limited edition trims will come to India early next year.
Both the Bonneville T100 and T120 Gold Line editions sport green and silver dual-tone colour schemes on their fuel tank and side panels. Of course, there are golden hand-painted lines in certain areas. Other add-ons include a ‘gold line’ logo on the fuel tank and a silver ice flyscreen which can be had as an accessory.
The Speedmaster sports a silver-coloured fuel tank with a gold stripe on the tank and side panels with a golden model name. As for the Bobber, it has been bestowed with a funkier and bolder red coloured fuel tank with contrasting silver tight grips. The tank and under-seat panels are adorned with golden highlights. Lastly, the Street Scrambler gets a blue and silver fuel tank with most of the other components finished in black.
Apart from the aforementioned cosmetic changes, all the bikes remained identical to their respective standard versions. The existing Street Twin Gold Line version demands a premium of Rs 30,000 over its standard trim and a similar hike might be observed for the upcoming models as well. While Triumph’s modern-classic offerings are already some of the cleanest and attractive vintage offerings, the inclusion of hand-painted gold lines will only add to their authenticity and charm.
