TVS announces JV with Petronas

- The JV  has developed a new engine oil called PETRONAS TVS TRU4 RacePro  

- Will be on sale from May 1  

- Manufactured indigenously in India at the Patalganga plant 

TVS has announced its joint venture with Petronas and launched a new co-branded oil. It’s called PETRONAS TVS TRU4 RacePro. The two brands have formed a team called Petronas TVS Racing.  

The Petronas TVS TRU4 RacePro will be on sale from May 1 for the Apache range. It has been formulated with the Indian riding conditions in consideration and will be manufactured at the Patalganga plant, Maharashtra.  

Moreover, Petronas will now be the title partner of TVS Racing. The team has been rebranded as Petronas TVS Racing Team and will participate in all formats of domestic 2-wheeler racing. Not to mention, the race steeds will also get some wicked cool liveries.  

Apart from this, TVS also recently invested EUR 100 million in Norton Motorcycles. It’ll aid in resurrecting the brand and building up its UK facility. Head here to read more.
