TVS Motor Company has started a service support campaign for its customers who were recently affected by the devastating cyclone ‘Fani’ in the state of Orissa.
As a part of the campaign, the company will be providing free service to all the TVS two-wheelers which are under primary warranty. With the help of 25 mobile vans running across 10 districts across the state, TVS is also lending Road Side Assistance (RSA) to the customers for them to receive easy access to technical support. Moreover, for giving telephonic assistance, the Hosur-based bikemaker has started a 24-hour helpline which will respond to the customer queries in Odia and Bengali languages. While there’s a common RSA helpline number, 1800 258 7111, the company has also activated specific numbers for nine cities of the state. The cities and their numbers are as follows:

TVS has also stated that it will immediately release 50 per cent advance of the insurance repair-based claims for the customers whose bikes got damaged during the cyclone. The company will keep the documentation process to the minimum while the survey of the damaged two-wheelers will be executed through video streaming for quick approval of the claims.
