Twenty Two Motors, a Delhi-based manufacturer, launched the Flow at the 2018 Auto Expo. Priced at Rs 74,740 (ex-showroom), it is the first EV from the manufacturer, and rivals the Okinawa Praise and Hero Electric Photon.
The Flow’s design language is a combination of modern and retro styling.
It sports a round LED headlamp that can be programmed to individual preferences and a unique looking LED tail lamp.
The Twenty Two Motors Flow gets a large 24-litre boot that can fit a full-face helmet.
The 85kg scooter is powered by a DC motor with a Li-ion battery that produces 90Nm of torque and propels the scooter to a top speed of 60kmph.
This motor can be fully-charged in five hours and gives the Flow a range of 80kms.
The scooter gets a single disc brake setup at both ends along with an EBS (Electronic Braking System) that recharges the batteries under braking.
The Flow boasts of electric brake force distribution, cruise control, reverse mode, drag mode and a ‘take-me-home’ mode.
It also gets a geo-fencing system to prevent theft along with a Bluetooth-enabled and touch-sensitive LCD instrument console.
