Ultraviolette has launched the F77 Space Edition in India, priced at Rs. 5.60 lakh (ex-showroom, India). The special edition variant pays tribute to India's Chandrayan 3 space odyssey.
Bookings for the aerospace-inspired Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition will open on 22 August at 6pm on the company’s official website. The Space Edition is limited to an exclusive run of 10 units, and uses aerospace-grade materials in its construction. These include 7075-grade aluminium, special UV-resistant paint, and an aluminium key.
The Ultraviolette F77 Space Edition uses advanced aircraft grade that includes fail-proof systems for the battery and a 9-axis IMU that measures roll, pitch and yaw. That said, the F77 Space Edition uses the same electric motor that delivers an output of 40.5bhp and a peak torque of 100Nm. The motorcycle uses a 10kWh battery pack with an IDC range of 307km.
