Ultraviolette F77 electric motorcycle- What else can you buy

The Ultraviolette F77 is the newest entry in the electric motorcycle category. Built by Ultraviolette Automotive, a Bangalore based company, the F77 is available in three versions- Lightning, Shadow and Laser. These are priced from Rs 3 lakh to Rs 3.25 lakh (on-road). However, if you are in the market with a similar budget, there are four motorcycles to choose from. Here is the list-

While the Ultraviolette F77 has a streetfighter styling, you can have the  fully-faired Kawasaki Ninja 300 at Rs 2.98 lakh. It gets a sharp styling and a potent 299cc, parallel-twin engine to match. The high-revving motor produces 39bhp of power at 11,000rpm and 27Nm of torque at 10,000rpm. Moreover, the Ninja 300’s slightly raised clip-ons and rear set footpegs make for a mildly aggressive riding position.

Another fully-faired motorcycle in this list comes from Benelli in the form of the 302R. The motorcycle a slightly upright yet aggressive seating position. It sports a split headlamp setup with LED DRLs at the bottom while the tail lamp and turn signals gets full LED lighting.
