- Powered by a 90kW motor that offers 265kmph top speed
- Gets active aerodynamics
- Will spawn the brand’s racing platform
Ultraviolette has unveiled its F99 electric motorcycle at the EICMA 2023. This is the Bengaluru-based brand's introduction to its racing platform. Here is what the new F99 is all about.
The Ultraviolette F99 is a fully-faired electric motorcycle with a futuristic design. Its bodywork is loaded with sharp panels and appendages, and the bike even comes with an active aero. There are carbon fibre elements like the winglets and panels. These are integrated flush with the fairing and act as the air windshield. The F99 also gets two front cowl ducts to channel the air towards the motor. Ultraviolette has equipped the F99 with an Air-Blade to adapt the lean angles and enhance downforce during cornering.
Powering the F99 is a 90kW motor that propels the bike from a standstill to 100kmph in just three seconds. Its top speed is an outlandish 265kmph and the kerb weight is just 178kg.
Ultraviolette will launch the F99 globally in 2025. As of now, it only has the F77 electric motorcycle on sale in India and internationally. We tested the Ultraviolette F77 recently and here’s how much range it offers on a single charge.
