- New teaser reveals dual-tone fuel tank
- Will be introduced in the 150-180cc segment
- Launch details unavailable yet
Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India has released another teaser of its upcoming product that is scheduled to arrive very soon. This teaser shows the fuel tank of the vehicle, which features a dual-tone finish and an aircraft-style fuel cap. Notably, the previous teaser revealed the taillight of this motorcycle.
The company has remained tightlipped about the finer details of the launch of this motorcycle. However, as reported earlier, this motorcycle is expected to arrive in the 150-180cc segment of the Indian market. Notably, Honda Motorcycle and Scooter India already has two products in this segment – Unicorn 160 and CB Hornet 2.0. We expect the upcoming product to use one of the existing motors of these motorcycles.
The output figures, too, are likely to remain similar to that of the existing products. For reference, the 162.7cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled engine on the Honda Unicorn 160 makes 12.73bhp and 14Nm. The 184.4cc, single-cylinder, air-cooled motor on the Hornet 2.0 delivers 17.03bhp and 16.1Nm of peak torque.
We expect the prices to range between Rs. 1.05-1.15 lakh (ex-showroom).
