Triumph Motorcycles have confirmed that their upcoming middleweight roadster, the Trident has entered the final stage of testing. The British marque presented the Trident design prototype at the London Design Museum in August 2020.
The test photography showcase represents the last stage of development before the launch of the new motorcycle. The vehicle, which was photographed near Triumph’s global headquarters and design facility at Hinckley in the UK, featured the company’s test livery scheme and a “Triumph Trident” hashtag.
During the final testing stages, the Triumph product team will fine-tune the characteristics of the motorcycle. As announced during the press reveal, the new Trident roadster will be available in Spring (March-June) 2021. Triumph added in its press announcement that the roadster will be competitively priced. The date and time of the full reveal of the new Triumph Trident will be announced in the coming weeks.
Once launched, the new Triumph Trident will rival products like Honda CBR650R, Kawasaki Z650 and the Yamaha MT-07.
