- Features a new paint scheme of white
- Is called the Nova Fazer FZ 25
- Powered by 249cc single-cylinder engine
Yamaha has unveiled the latest edition of FZ 25 in Brazil. But it bears a different tag called the Nova Fazer FZ 25. The bike looks identical to the standardFZ 25 sold in India till some time ago.
What’s new on the Nova Fazer FZ25 is the paint scheme of white with golden-coloured wheels and contrasting accents. Apart from this, the bike also gets a fully digital console with smartphone connectivity. It uses the Yamaha Y-Connect app and allows notifications on the cluster.
Powering the Nova Fazer FZ 25 is the same 249cc single-cylinder engine that makes 21.3bhp and is linked to a five-speed gearbox. Even the hardware is the same as the FZ 25 that was sold previously in India.
But with the new colour update and its debut in Brazil, it won’t be a surprise if Yamaha re-launches the FZ 25 in India as well. For reference, it costs BRL 22,90,000 to 23,59,000 (approximately Rs. 3.50 lakh sans taxes).
