Victory Motorcycles had recently revealed that they were going to unveil a new version of the Magnum luxury cruiser at the Daytona Bike Week in early March. However, the wait to catch the first glimpse of the motorcycle has been cut short, thanks to a couple of leaked photos which have been splashed all over the internet since last week.
The Magnum X-1, like the standard motorcycle, has been derived from the Victory Cross Country and is a part of the Victory 'Baggers' family. The Magnum X-1 will be a top-of-the-line model and will come kitted with every creature comfort that the American manufacturer has on offer.
The Victory Magnum’s exhaustive feature list includes cruise control, ABS, LED headlamps, a large analogue clock for speed and rpm and an electronic display for other functions. Besides these, the Magnum X-1 will be equipped with a custom paint job, acres of chrome and a bigger music system with more than six speakers, which should make it twice as loud as the standard motorcycle.
The Magnum X-1 will continue to employ the fuel-injected 1,731cc V-twin unit which has been rated at 143Nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed gearbox with belt final drive. We expect more details to be revealed as we get closer to the launch date of the motorcycle.
