Honda has launched the 2023 Winner X Sports in Vietnam. The updated underbone offering from the Japanese bikemaker has been updated mildly and here’s what it offers.
The 2023 Winner X Sports features a sharp and youthful design, a split LED headlight, and a sleek tail section. It comes draped in a red, blue, and white paint scheme, similar to the Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade SP. Overall, the Honda Winner underbone is a mix of practicality and sportiness.
It’s powered by a 150cc liquid-cooled single-cylinder motor dishing out 15.4bhp and 12.81Nm. For reference, the Yamaha Aerox 155’s single-cylinder 155cc engine with VVA develops 14.79 bhp and 13.9 Nm. However, the Honda offering gets a six-speed gearbox, unlike the Yamaha maxi-scooter’s CVT. The underbone chassis rides on conventional telescopic front forks and a preload adjustable rear shock. Meanwhile, the braking hardware comprises a front and rear petal disc with ABS. The setup is mounted on alloy wheels covered in golden colour.
The Winner X Sport’s seat height is quite low at 795mm and even the kerb weight of 155kg should add to the convenience of riding. That said, the fuel tank capacity is just 4.5-litres.
