Yamaha has debuted its top-spec Nmax 125 scooter variant, the Nmax 125 Tech Max. Compared to the other trims, it comes loaded with features. Here is what the new Yamaha scooter looks like and has to offer.
On the design front, the Yamaha Nmax 125 Tech Max has a brawny design and angular bodywork. Its headlight is distinct and topped by a smoked visor. The Nmax 125 Tech Max is a proper maxi-scooter with a central spine near the floorboard.
One major highlight of the new Nmax 125 Tech Max is its list of features. The Japanese scooter gets all LED illumination, a new 4.2-inch TFT with smartphone connectivity, and Garmin navigation. The smartphone connectivity module uses a Link Card and lets you access incoming calls, SMS, emails, and music as well.
Powering the Yamaha Nmax 125 Tech Max is a 125cc single-cylinder liquid-cooled engine that makes 12bhp and 11.2Nm. Meanwhile, the hardware on this scooter includes telescopic front forks and twin rear shocks along with a single disc at both ends. The Yamaha Nmax 125 Tech Max rides on 13-inch wheels wrapped in 110/70 front and 130/70 rear tyres.
Currently, the Yamaha Nmax 125 Tech Max is sold overseas. While Yamaha does have the Aerox 155 on sale in India, we are yet to see whether the brand would consider bringing another swanky scooter here.
