A bunch of new two-wheeler launches is what makes a week special and CF Moto, a Chinese bikemaker, hosted a carnival of sorts by introducing not one but four motorcycles altogether. Besides that, Ducati and Suzuki also kept us busy by updating their India line-up. If that sounds interesting, read on to check out the five most interesting two-wheeler stories from the last week.
CF Moto has entered into the Indian market in association with the Bangalore-based AMW Motors. Out of the four motorcycles the brand has introduced in India, the most affordable offering is the 300NK naked streetbike. Staying true to its intentions of pricing its motorcycles competitively, CF Moto has pegged the 300NK at Rs 2.29 lakhs. Powering the bike is a 292cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled motor which produces 33.5bhp and 20.5Nm. Interestingly, it comes equipped with full-LED lighting along with a five-inch full-colour TFT instrument cluster with two layout options to choose from.
CF Moto 650NK, 650MT and 650GT launched
While CF Moto brought a single product in the 300cc space, the Chinese bikemaker dropped three motorcycles in the middleweight segment for India. The line-up consists of the 650NK naked streetbike, the 650MT touring motorcycle and the 650GT sports tourer. The company has priced the motorcycles at Rs 3.99 lakhs, Rs 4.99 lakhs and Rs 5.49 lakhs, respectively. Sporting different body styles depending on their purpose, all three bikes share a common 649cc, parallel-twin, liquid-cooled motor which comes mated to a six-speed gearbox. Online bookings for CF Moto bikes will commence on 5 August while deliveries are set to commence from the first week of October.
