KTM stole the show last week by launching as many as four big bikes from its international portfolio. Most of the other updates were about upcoming bikes from TVS and Royal Enfield. In case you aren’t up to date with these developments, here’s a round-up.
KTM big bikes
KTM launched the 890 Duke R, 890 Adventure R, 1290 Super Adventure S, and 1390 Super Duke R in India. Prices of the bikes start from Rs. 14.50 lakh and go up to Rs. 22.96 lakh. All these bikes will come to India via the CBU route and will be available only in Bengaluru and Pune initially followed by the retail commencing in five other major cities later.
2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR launch
The 2025 Kawasaki Ninja ZX-4RR was launched at Rs 9.42 lakh. As part of the 2025 update, the bike gets a new colour called Lime Green/Ebony/Blizzard White. Besides this, there are no changes, however, the 2025 ZX-4RR is dearer than the 2024 model by Rs 32,000. The ZX-4RR runs on a 399cc, liquid-cooled, inline-four engine. It produces 77bhp at 14,500rpm, however, with ram air, it goes up to 80bhp at 14,500rpm.
2025 KTM 390 Adventure R bookings open
A few dealers have unofficially begun accepting bookings for the upcoming KTM 390 Adventure R, ahead of its official debut. The motorcycle was recently showcased at the EICMA 2024. KTM India is expected to launch the bike in three variants- the X with the low seat height, the standard and the top of the line R. It will be a brand new motorcycle instead of being a facelifted version of the existing 390 ADV.
Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350 specs leaked
A few days before the launch of the Royal Enfield Goan Classic 350, we got access to the specification sheet of the bike. The bike weighs 197kg without the optional pillion seat, but with the rear seat it is heavier by 9kg. Also, the ground clearance stands at 170mm. Moreover, as we already know, it will come with a taller handlebar, and white-walled tyres. Most of the other aspects will mostly remain the same as the standard Classic 350.
TVS 300cc adventure bike
TVS’ upcoming 300cc adventure bike has been spotted testing. The bike is currently under development but is inching closer to production. The brand has been tight-lipped about it for a while but we now have exclusive details for you about the TVS 300cc Adventure motorcycle.
