Yes, you read that right! If you didn’t already know, the legendary team of car designers at Zagato have designed an MV Agusta motorcycle. MV and Zagato have tweeted a few teaser images but recently went on to share a more revealing teaser video.
But first, a brief history of Zagato. Established in 1919, it is the creater of some of the most beautiful sports cars. A few brands they have worked with are Alfa Romeo, Aston Martin, Bentley, Bugatti, Lamborghini and even Rolls-Royce. Its most recent creation is the stunning Aston Martin Vanquish Zagato. Coming back to the upcoming bike then, according to rumours, it will be called the F4Z, so it’s an F4 with the Zagato touch which means fluid aerodynamic shapes and details.
Set to be revealed on 4th September, 2016, the sleek-looking concept is likely to be based on the current 1,000cc F4 and, judging by the words ‘beauty’ and ‘beast’ that flash through the short teaser video, boast Zagato’s typical out of the box styling. What comes as a surprise, is that MV Agusta would have an association with such an exotic company during its financial crisis.
Who knows? This concept could turn things around for MV Agusta and bring them the much required investor and take them out of its financial struggle.
