The vehicle is good and it is very nice to drive it. However, servicing is a very bad and costly affair. At the time of purchase, ola has mentioned that home servicing is free of cost and this was true for the initial 3 months. Now all of a sudden they have come up with a subscription package where they are charging 3 to 4k per year. This is against their initial promise and I would ask people to stop buying ola electric scooters as they are in the process of making quick money.

Ola scooter not delivered after more than two-and-a-half months of payment - worst experince in my whole life

I booked a ola s1 electric scooter on 18.03.2023 in my wife's name, from ola showroom situated at m g road, Thrissur on 18.03.2023 after making an upfront payment of rs.1,27,926/-, through one of salesperson present in showroom, mr charles. The scooter was registered 25.03.2023 and the registration certificate was visible in ola app downloaded in the wife's mobile. The registration number of the scooter registered with rto, thrissur. However, the scooter registered in my wife's name has not been handed over to her despite an elapse of more than two-and-a-half months after the payment. Our repeated enquiries with the ola showroom at mg road thrissur have not yielded any results so far. What i could gather from my sources is that the scooter registered in my wife's name had a fall while transported and it is badly damaged. In fact, ola people are tight-lipped over the matter and till now I have not been informed as to why scooter registered in my name nearly two-and-a-half months ago has not been delivered to me. It is reliably learnt that customers who booked the scooter months after my booking have provided scooters. It is now learnt that ola is delivering scooters to the customers within 3 days of booking. We had booked the scooter only in the hope of getting delivery within 2-3 weeks of booking, as has been informed by the showroom people and if this sort of poor service of ola had been known to us beforehand, we would have never booked the scooter. If this is the kind of service they are providing us before the delivery of the scooter, what can I expect after delivery? So the worst is yet to come after the delivery of the scooter. Never trust ola electric scooters and never buy a scooter from them or else you will be their next victim. This is the worst experience in my whole life in booking a vehicle.

Open loot by spare parts depth even though it is under warranty

This is mainly about the day loot by ola parts and service. For a broken brake lever they are charging close to rs 700. Which is not at all worth it. They said it doesn't come under warranty. Totally disappointed with such loot by ola. The vehicle is not even 1 month old and has sub-standard parts. Ridiculous.

I have purchased the OLA S1 Pro Gen 2 in Gurugram. It is one of the costliest EV 2-wheelers in India as of now. 1. First of all the delivery experience is the worst, it took more than one month for delivery. The Ola team asked me to pick up this vehicle from Mahipalpur, Store which is in Delhi. When I received the bike, it didn't start. The brand-new vehicle was not functional during delivery. I waited for the next one week and then they asked me to collect the vehicle from the nearest hub in Gurugram this time. This time the bike was functional but it was very poorly handled and multiple scratches were there. 2. They have charged for the helmet but they refused to give the helmet along with the vehicle. Even though they provided the bill for the Helmet (costing INR 691.) but didn't provide any helmet to me. 3. The very next day when I charged the vehicle 100% and ran it in Normal mode with 70kg rider weight in city + highway, it ran only 62 km in normal mode and a further 10km in eco mode (with very limited) and the battery was fully discharged to 0%, while they claim 142 km range in Normal mode. And once it is discharged its handle will be locked and the display will be off, and as it is keyless you can't do anything.4. Most funniest thing is they charged INR 2887 customer handling charges as well for my worst vehicle delivery experience. For anything you request, they will answer, we don't have staff; even to clean your vehicle during delivery. The overall experience is worse with the Ola team as well as with Ola S1 Pro performance. You are going to waste your INR 162634 if you are going to buy it.

It was very early to comment on it, but for now if we look on paper ola will give tough competition to Bajaj, and Ather. Ola have to give great service to customers to survive in this market so that customer can rely on their products, speed & range is good on paper but exactly will figure when we get it .

Not so a good experience. The mileage is less 20 km than claimed by the company. No quick support for any issue. Fitting issues for a new vehicle. Passcode lock issues. Support is bad. Initial pickup is very slow. The indicator sound can not be turned off.Please stay away from ola s1.

Worst experience with Ola S1.Booked s1x on Feb with a delivery date of 3rd March. No response from Ola even after 3rd March. After many follow-ups with their call center, at last delivery happened on 29th March. Within 6 kms driving it stopped abruptly and did not turn on. The roadside assistance and support team does not really care about the customer's pain and issues. Don't go for Ola.

Very poor service for 20 days my scooter is at home and shows a system issue but the service team as well as the sales team is not responding. I got the problem from day 1 but was unable to resolve it. The Ola Electric app is also not working and not showing my scooter. Very bad experience after purchasing this scooter.

Never buy an Ola scooter - there is no after-sale service. Customer care is useless. Never purchase Ola scooter. They only talk of features, But there is no after-sales service. I don’t know, how to avail service support You won’t get even a reply to your email.

Very bad service. Worst service I had ever experienced. Ola Electric Company is just cheating everyone. After any breakdown, it Will take months to get it repaired. Ola people don't care about their users who are buying with hard-earned money. They are making fools of people. Buying this scooter is a trap. Please don't buy it.

If this is the kind of service they are providing us before the delivery of the scooter, what can I expect after delivery? So the worst is yet to come after the delivery of the scooter. Never trust ola electric scooters and never buy a scooter from them or else you will be their next victim. This is the worst experience in my whole life in booking a vehicle.

Open loot by spare parts depth even though it is under warranty

This is mainly about the day loot by ola parts and service. For a broken brake lever they are charging close to rs 700. Which is not at all worth it. They said it doesn't come under warranty. Totally disappointed with such loot by ola. The vehicle is not even 1 month old and has sub-standard parts. Ridiculous.

I have purchased the OLA S1 Pro Gen 2 in Gurugram. It is one of the costliest EV 2-wheelers in India as of now. 1. First of all the delivery experience is the worst, it took more than one month for delivery. The Ola team asked me to pick up this vehicle from Mahipalpur, Store which is in Delhi. When I received the bike, it didn't start. The brand-new vehicle was not functional during delivery. I waited for the next one week and then they asked me to collect the vehicle from the nearest hub in Gurugram this time. This time the bike was functional but it was very poorly handled and multiple scratches were there. 2. They have charged for the helmet but they refused to give the helmet along with the vehicle. Even though they provided the bill for the Helmet (costing INR 691.) but didn't provide any helmet to me. 3. The very next day when I charged the vehicle 100% and ran it in Normal mode with 70kg rider weight in city + highway, it ran only 62 km in normal mode and a further 10km in eco mode (with very limited) and the battery was fully discharged to 0%, while they claim 142 km range in Normal mode. And once it is discharged its handle will be locked and the display will be off, and as it is keyless you can't do anything.4. Most funniest thing is they charged INR 2887 customer handling charges as well for my worst vehicle delivery experience. For anything you request, they will answer, we don't have staff; even to clean your vehicle during delivery. The overall experience is worse with the Ola team as well as with Ola S1 Pro performance. You are going to waste your INR 162634 if you are going to buy it.

It was very early to comment on it, but for now if we look on paper ola will give tough competition to Bajaj, and Ather. Ola have to give great service to customers to survive in this market so that customer can rely on their products, speed & range is good on paper but exactly will figure when we get it .

Passcode lock and support issues

Not so a good experience. The mileage is less 20 km than claimed by the company. No quick support for any issue. Fitting issues for a new vehicle. Passcode lock issues. Support is bad. Initial pickup is very slow. The indicator sound can not be turned off.Please stay away from ola s1.

Worst experience with Ola S1.Booked s1x on Feb with a delivery date of 3rd March. No response from Ola even after 3rd March. After many follow-ups with their call center, at last delivery happened on 29th March. Within 6 kms driving it stopped abruptly and did not turn on. The roadside assistance and support team does not really care about the customer's pain and issues. Don't go for Ola.

OLA worst service

Very poor service for 20 days my scooter is at home and shows a system issue but the service team as well as the sales team is not responding. I got the problem from day 1 but was unable to resolve it. The Ola Electric app is also not working and not showing my scooter. Very bad experience after purchasing this scooter.

Never buy OLA Scooter - No service support

Never buy an Ola scooter - there is no after-sale service. Customer care is useless. Never purchase Ola scooter. They only talk of features, But there is no after-sales service. I don’t know, how to avail service support You won’t get even a reply to your email.

Very bad service. Worst service I had ever experienced. Ola Electric Company is just cheating everyone. After any breakdown, it Will take months to get it repaired. Ola people don't care about their users who are buying with hard-earned money. They are making fools of people. Buying this scooter is a trap. Please don't buy it.
