The service and repair are horrible My battery seems not to be charging had to bring the scooter to the service centre, took a month no delivery, all unprofessional, they said the new battery had been fitted, but there are no details, and all verbal communication ola people will not pick up call have to come to a service centre to know.

From day one I have had a very bad experience with this bike. On day one bike's side stand broke down.It's broken twice in two months. Now bike has been standing idle for the last 4 days waiting for service personnel to come and repair it. Don't rely on the side stand of this bike. Get one main stand fitted with extra cost.

It was worst purchase experience, since last one month it was due to deliver and customer care does not have any clue, all documents, registration completed within 10-11 days from purchase, however since last 3 weeks it is pending to deliver. If customer is paying upfront full amount how come company cheat and could not deliver product within agreed time. Forgot about agreed time you have to follow up repeatedly with customer care w/o any clue what is process they follow, if you want waste your money and have worst purchase experience , buy OLA electric scooter. Right now i do not have any experience on OLA scooter driving so can't comment on quality, but i can guess that will also be sub standard, post sale will have same pathetic customer service, so suggest you based on my experience stay away from OLA.

Worst bike not to buy, it’s a trap of only marketing on features not on engine or batters, please don’t buy these vehicles very high service issues all stuck with it for sure, and beige money will be lost only way is to Scrap vehicles, no 2 nd sale value given, buy fuelled vehicles these are only use for toys.

According to the other electric scooter, the Ola price is extremely good and the riding experience is also good. smoothly it runs and about look it is outstanding the seat was very big and comfortable easily 3 people can sit. And the last Ola service is very nice it helps you 24x7. Thanks.

don't purchase ola vehicle guys, my ola s1 pro battry is under warranty period, I purchase my vehicle just 6 months ago, not even drived 500 kms and battery got damaged, and when i went to claim upon warranty they are giving foolish responces and asking money from me, no settlement is done, even managers are sleeping and giving absurd answers. Now i have decided to reach public and show the real face of ola electric services on social media.

It's been 4 months since I bought this bike. I ride it to travel to work for around 40 kms daily, and it has started hanging. 5-6 episodes occurred, even after service people repaired it. cannot trust this bike. Stops in the middle of traffic. Once the truck from behind was almost coming and hitting me as it got hang in between.it would be the worst investment to buy this.Very risky to health and inconvenient And the service is a big hassle. it's not easily available as we have to raise a ticket and they take days to come home, even after the ticket is issued

Within 30 days, my bike moved to dead condition. now totally not working, KM range I have drove less than 1000. The bike is not safe for ladies, instance happened with - my wife while returning from the Office around 10Pm. The bike suddenly moved to dead condition and she was forced to leave the vehicle on the road and came by taxi. Multiple times I had this issue. Now I filed a complaint in Court, please don't buy OLA electric.

Do not buy Ola scooters. I bought Ola in mid-December 2023. It’s been only 6 months of purchase and it got sudden breakdown while driving twice in this period. after lodging complaints immediately. toeing person came after 3 to 4 hours. As it’s already 10 pm no service centers are open, so they drop the vehicle at my home. That’s it.After this no update from them. Called customer care 10 to 15 times, but no one came to the home to toe the vehicle or no technicians visited to check the issue. Only getting this common answer “Our reprehensive will contact you ASAP for further assistance”. ASAP means within 48 hours as per one of the employee responses. (48 hours after passing 3 days of raising complaints)- Worst product- worst customer service- worst company

Do not buy Ola scooters. I bought Ola in mid-December 2023. It’s been only 6 months of purchase and it got sudden breakdown while driving twice in this period. after lodging complaints immediately. toeing person came after 3 to 4 hours. As it’s already 10 pm no service centers are open, so they drop the vehicle at my home. That’s it.After this no update from them. Called customer care 10 to 15 times, but no one came to the home to toe the vehicle or no technicians visited to check the issue. Only getting this common answer “Our reprehensive will contact you ASAP for further assistance”. ASAP means within 48 hours as per one of the employee responses. (48 hours after passing 3 days of raising complaints)- Worst product- worst customer service- worst company
