    Owned the vehicle in the month of January 2024. Met with the accident in the month of March. Took 3 months for repair with the worst repair services and the vehicle is not fitted as showroom fixing and the technician said they can't replace it as same as the new vehicle and no screws fitted complete body loose sounds after keeping the vehicle for almost 3 months.

  • Horrible service support ever seen in life

    1. The buying experience was good and smooth.
    2. Riding is also good, getting good mileage and power
    3. Looks good
    Now comes the main things why I don't recommend this bike to anyone.
    Look at the youtube and online reviews, OLA really suck on service. The service center doesn't even bother to answer your query or resolve it. They are only interested in general service (that's the only thing they know). They say they don't get extra training or manpower to maintain a good service level. We had an issue with breaking and we were behind the Service center for almost a month.
    We did escalations via email, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, no use. Even tagging the CEO doesn't work out, for each, they will answer we are working on your issue, and it's escalated. But if you ask for how long the escalated issue will go on, they will again say the same comment, no answer for the asked questions. We did follow up for almost 30 + days and then left it. Sold the bike now can't tolerate this f***ng service level.
    Best of luck to those who still go for it god save you.
    Better to go with any brand company like TVS or Hero even though the range is less, you will have peace of mind. If not wait for their best products to come.

  • Don't buy Ola scooter

    Very bad service. My scooter stop running after 6 months and now it's in Yelahanka service centre for more than 1 month.
    Worst experience in service and customer care. There is no escalation possible. Complaints on customer care has no actions. They just close the complaints after sometime.
    I also has ola care plan. No use of it. After my scooter breakdown, it took 15 days to pick-up.

    The vehicle was delivered late after booking and after using for 3months the Ola vehicle, it has started giving problems. There is also proper support and service from Ola customer service. I started hating this vehicle, customers will lose hope if they do so. Very worst experience. It stops suddenly, and don't get started.

  • Bad Experience With Ola Purchase Just In Month.

    Just purchased before 1 month ago, two times breakdowns and they are asking me to please raise the ticket, another point no body Garage to attend to it, secondly in an emergency towing charge is applicable when the vehicle is under warranty, the person takes a hand and asks the contact to the service team if this scooter is made with quality than why such thing.1.20 lacks rs is not a smaller amount.
    the service system is very poor.

  • Worst mistake I have ever done

    I purchased my Ola S1X I got the bike delivered last Saturday ie. 20-7-2024 but when I received the bike on the spot I found it defective and it was not starting at all the delivery guy told me that it was a minor issue and that someone from the company would come and rectify the same. But no one turned up and in spite of many emails and complaints on the app and toll-free nothing happened and today some lady the call center employee is insisting. I took the bike to the service center to get it rectified and the service center was 150 km away from me and also insisted on paying me for the repair. I insist everyone who wishes to buy Ola don't get cheated by this company I am a victim and I do not want you to become one.

    No service ( if the vehicle wants any minor service then we want to wait for at least 20 days )
    The service center has 2 or 3 staff only for 100's of bike
    Not recommended for anyone.
    Please go for another electrical vehicle.
    We can't trust this company any more, serious issue facing day by day.

  • Worst Scooter Ever Ola S1 X

    Worst scooter ever...I got this scooter with high expectations after seeing reviews but disappointing experience. Entering the passcode every time to start is a painful experience. My scooter used to switch off automatically after 30 sec while waiting for the signal. Every time I had to enter the passcode again even in the signal..thats very irritating feature. 3-4 times scooter just got off while driving and was not working. Had to restart the scooter every time.. finally one day the scooter broke down and was not working.
    The beauty of Ola scooter servicing is there is no direct access to any service centre. Its a top mystery...Its the most frustrating experience that anyone can have.. I raised a request for servicing of my scooter on customer service...they responded after 3 days...thankfully my scooter wasn't in the mid of the road...I hope nobody goes through that situation. Finally, they took my scooter to one service center...its been 3-4 days I havent heard from them... Was wondering why electic scooter needs 3-4 days of servicing where as any regular scooter will not take more than a day for any type of servicing in a normal garage... By then its already more than a week I was not using my scooter....I called customer care, received mainly "SORRY" from them and got to know they are also clueless like me...The scooter was moved to different service center after a week and the status i APP is work in progress only....its been 15 days my scooter is in their service center... and I have NO CLUE whats happening with my scooter...customer care doesn't have any details nor they give any contact person details of the service center...no nobody updates of whats the status of the scooter...
    NOW I am looking for only refund and I dont want to go through any more torture from OLA....

    I purchased my Ola S1X I got the bike delivered last Saturday ie. 20-7-2024 but when I received the bike on the spot I found it defective and it was not starting at all the delivery guy told me that it was a minor issue and that someone from the company would come and rectify the same. But no one turned up and in spite of many emails and complaints on the app and toll-free nothing happened and today some lady the call center employee is insisting. I took the bike to the service center to get it rectified and the service center was 150 km away from me and also insisted on paying me for the repair. I insist everyone who wishes to buy Ola don't get cheated by this company I am a victim and I do not want you to become one.

    No service ( if the vehicle wants any minor service then we want to wait for at least 20 days )
    The service center has 2 or 3 staff only for 100's of bike
    Not recommended for anyone.
    Please go for another electrical vehicle.
    We can't trust this company any more, serious issue facing day by day.

    Worst scooter ever...I got this scooter with high expectations after seeing reviews but disappointing experience. Entering the passcode every time to start is a painful experience. My scooter used to switch off automatically after 30 sec while waiting for the signal. Every time I had to enter the passcode again even in the signal..thats very irritating feature. 3-4 times scooter just got off while driving and was not working. Had to restart the scooter every time.. finally one day the scooter broke down and was not working.
    The beauty of Ola scooter servicing is there is no direct access to any service centre. Its a top mystery...Its the most frustrating experience that anyone can have.. I raised a request for servicing of my scooter on customer service...they responded after 3 days...thankfully my scooter wasn't in the mid of the road...I hope nobody goes through that situation. Finally, they took my scooter to one service center...its been 3-4 days I havent heard from them... Was wondering why electic scooter needs 3-4 days of servicing where as any regular scooter will not take more than a day for any type of servicing in a normal garage... By then its already more than a week I was not using my scooter....I called customer care, received mainly "SORRY" from them and got to know they are also clueless like me...The scooter was moved to different service center after a week and the status i APP is work in progress only....its been 15 days my scooter is in their service center... and I have NO CLUE whats happening with my scooter...customer care doesn't have any details nor they give any contact person details of the service center...no nobody updates of whats the status of the scooter...
    NOW I am looking for only refund and I dont want to go through any more torture from OLA....

    Owned the vehicle in the month of January 2024. Met with the accident in the month of March. Took 3 months for repair with the worst repair services and the vehicle is not fitted as showroom fixing and the technician said they can't replace it as same as the new vehicle and no screws fitted complete body loose sounds after keeping the vehicle for almost 3 months.

  • Horrible service support ever seen in life

    2. Riding is also good, getting good mileage and power

    Now comes the main things why I don't recommend this bike to anyone.
    Look at the youtube and online reviews, OLA really suck on service. The service center doesn't even bother to answer your query or resolve it. They are only interested in general service (that's the only thing they know). They say they don't get extra training or manpower to maintain a good service level. We had an issue with breaking and we were behind the Service center for almost a month.
    We did escalations via email, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram, no use. Even tagging the CEO doesn't work out, for each, they will answer we are working on your issue, and it's escalated. But if you ask for how long the escalated issue will go on, they will again say the same comment, no answer for the asked questions. We did follow up for almost 30 + days and then left it. Sold the bike now can't tolerate this f***ng service level.
    Best of luck to those who still go for it god save you.
    Better to go with any brand company like TVS or Hero even though the range is less, you will have peace of mind. If not wait for their best products to come.

  • Don't buy Ola scooter

    Very bad service. My scooter stop running after 6 months and now it's in Yelahanka service centre for more than 1 month.
    Worst experience in service and customer care. There is no escalation possible. Complaints on customer care has no actions. They just close the complaints after sometime.
    I also has ola care plan. No use of it. After my scooter breakdown, it took 15 days to pick-up.

    The vehicle was delivered late after booking and after using for 3months the Ola vehicle, it has started giving problems. There is also proper support and service from Ola customer service. I started hating this vehicle, customers will lose hope if they do so. Very worst experience. It stops suddenly, and don't get started.

  • Bad Experience With Ola Purchase Just In Month.

    Just purchased before 1 month ago, two times breakdowns and they are asking me to please raise the ticket, another point no body Garage to attend to it, secondly in an emergency towing charge is applicable when the vehicle is under warranty, the person takes a hand and asks the contact to the service team if this scooter is made with quality than why such thing.1.20 lacks rs is not a smaller amount.
    the service system is very poor.
