I am writing to express my extreme frustration with your handling of my Ola scooter, complaint number 04089698. I initially raised this issue on July 10, 2024, for a battery problem, and my scooter was taken for repair on July 13, 2024.Since July 16, I have been chasing updates with no meaningful response. All I have been told is that the battery needed replacement, which is not expected given that the scooter is only 2.4 months old and under warranty. For what should have been a 3-4 day repair, you took an astonishing 25 days to provide any updates. And now, I’m being informed that my scooter was damaged due to water lodging while at your service center. To add insult to injury, you expect me to cover the cost of repairs and replacement parts for damage that occurred while my scooter was in your care.

Worst engineering product I ever used in my life. I purchased ola s1 pro in September 2023. Since I brought the vehicle I had to reset it for at leat 100 times. Every week it's system gets hang and I had to reset. I even upgraded the vehicle thinking it will solve the issue. But no, still facing issue every week ans today it has crossed height. Vehicle got turned off automatically while driving in the middle of the road. Now skipping all important plans I'm looking for towing services. Buy a bicycle but not this trash.

it's one of the worst purchases of the decade. The plastic used in the scooter is also very very cheap. The software is one more thing which irritating every update has more unreliable options. too much waiting time for the service. The center stand design of Ola in-house manufacturing is cheaper and has its biggest design flaw.

The best EV in this segment and it runs normal mode at in130km and in eco at 165 km which I will use on one charge the best EV and brakes are very good performance all the way and this EV has music that sounds like a good feeling you a very happy and positive mood when you drive this ev this ola s1pro I recommend you to buy this scooter.

Service and maintenance are very bad. after buying this scooter very bad experience any time it faces a problem don't trust it while riding a little far away. Try to contact the service center no one picks up the call and always wait a long time for spare parts very bad experience from the service center staff. only focus sale. Fraud company. waste of money but this useless scooter.

I called where I purchased the bike and they told me to drop the bike. You fool it won’t start how would I drop it, The warranty is there.

Bought the bike in Aug'23 & within a week the display went dead and wouldn't switch on. Informed Ola personnel. A mechanic turned up at my residence after 3 days. There was issue with some fuse, which he rectified. Now, in July 2024 the same problem has occurred, trying to contact service station here at Cuttack since yesterday. No response till now.

The bike is unreliable at best. Every now and then, some issue pops up out of nowhere and the bike comes to a standstill. However, this is the best part of Ola s1 proWhen the bike decides to throw a mood, it simply won't budge thanks to some software issue or some glitch. And for the after-sales service, the less said, the better. Ola service should change its name to anything more suitable. Say ola disservice. Long queue, ever-lasting waiting period with no one to tend to your bike, non-availability of spare parts and anything else that you can think of. A complete mess. Not recommended at all. Save your money and save yourself from mental trauma

1. The buying experience was good, too eager to sell though. That should probably have been a red flag.2. Riding is okay. Handling is below average. The acceleration is not as smooth and the acceleration curve not as satisfactory as an ather or TVS.3. The looks are okay, the finish too is pretty fine.4. Battery is absolute horror. It will die if the charge goes below 3% and then you have to replace the battery. Cost: 75,000.5. Servicing Technology and Maintenance is an absolute joke. Absolute cheats. They hardly have a real chain of command in their service centers. Managers have huge incentives if they can cheat the customer from getting service.Pros: Looks GoodCons: Everything else.All the good reviews here are paid I think. Heard OLA spends a lot on that. Hiring a huge amount of people to blow their horn in social media and apps like this.

The company made the scooter perfect but after-sales service is 3rd class. When you go to a service center for any small or bigger complaint the service center guy says please leave your scooter 15 to 25 days. We bought this scooter to save money, but with savings, we also get tension and headaches. Disappointed.

Bought the bike in Aug'23 & within a week the display went dead and wouldn't switch on. Informed Ola personnel. A mechanic turned up at my residence after 3 days. There was issue with some fuse, which he rectified. Now, in July 2024 the same problem has occurred, trying to contact service station here at Cuttack since yesterday. No response till now.

A nightmare

The bike is unreliable at best. Every now and then, some issue pops up out of nowhere and the bike comes to a standstill. However, this is the best part of Ola s1 proWhen the bike decides to throw a mood, it simply won't budge thanks to some software issue or some glitch. And for the after-sales service, the less said, the better. Ola service should change its name to anything more suitable. Say ola disservice. Long queue, ever-lasting waiting period with no one to tend to your bike, non-availability of spare parts and anything else that you can think of. A complete mess. Not recommended at all. Save your money and save yourself from mental trauma

Horrible Service Center.

1. The buying experience was good, too eager to sell though. That should probably have been a red flag.2. Riding is okay. Handling is below average. The acceleration is not as smooth and the acceleration curve not as satisfactory as an ather or TVS.3. The looks are okay, the finish too is pretty fine.4. Battery is absolute horror. It will die if the charge goes below 3% and then you have to replace the battery. Cost: 75,000.5. Servicing Technology and Maintenance is an absolute joke. Absolute cheats. They hardly have a real chain of command in their service centers. Managers have huge incentives if they can cheat the customer from getting service.Pros: Looks GoodCons: Everything else.All the good reviews here are paid I think. Heard OLA spends a lot on that. Hiring a huge amount of people to blow their horn in social media and apps like this.

Please don't buy this scootere

The company made the scooter perfect but after-sales service is 3rd class. When you go to a service center for any small or bigger complaint the service center guy says please leave your scooter 15 to 25 days. We bought this scooter to save money, but with savings, we also get tension and headaches. Disappointed.
