    This is the worst electric scooter according to my experience. Had faced too many issues with starting the scooter with a password and on every software update getting some or the other issue.
    And disgusting service is provided by Ola company. At first, they say every complaint service is free later they say the service charge is so and so plus 18%GST.

    Low maintenance and great performance I enjoy riding Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 and the highway is regeneration control very well andc7500 km my Ola belt was broke on the highway I had to tow vehicle to Ola service center and in 3 to 4 days they had repair and put new belt and my ola gen2 have motor problem also the company has change my vehicle motor only the problem of ola is giving late service but I enjoy the ride my ola gen2

    Call the customer service number & the answer you get is "Your complaint is registered" & they can't give you any other info. If you want peace of mind don't buy this bike. You will not be able to reach anyone in the company and no one will know when your bike will be ready. You will not get service personnel, service coordinator, or service head numbers. The company has taken a huge plot near Sunkadakatte on rent to dump all vehicles that come in for service/repair, all of them must hope and pray that the head of this company learns a bit about customer service.

  • Software, servicing issue… did not recommend to buy

    The ride is smooth, the main problem is with the software. Displaying wrong information needs regular multiple reboot at the same time. Sometimes Ola is late in responding like wants to turn right and press the indicator button, after 10-15 seconds indicator light starts blinking, at that time turns left behind and it is very dangerous. Servicing availability is taking at least 5-6 days.

    Worst thing in Ola. Do not buy Ola scooters My brother bought Ola in mid-December 2023 It has been only 6 months since the purchase and it got a sudden breakdown while driving twice in this period after logging complaints immediately. the toeing person came after 3 to 4 hours As it was already 10 pm no service centers were open they dropped the vehicle at my home That's it
    After this no update from them. Called customer care 10 to 15 times, but no one came to the home to toe the vehicle or no technicians visited to check the issue. Only getting this common answer our reprehensive will contact you ASAP for further assistance ASAP means within 48 hours as per one of the employee responses 48 hours after passing 3 days of raising complain

  • MY DREAM ELECTRIC SCOOTER

    Buying Experience was Good bought it online
    The pickup, acceleration is good.
    Top speed is unmatchable.
    The strong braking as it has disc brakes on both wheels.
    Fast charging.
    Very stable as battery is placed below. So, easy to ride with zero vibration. More easy to ride than petrol scooter.
    The high quality cells used in scooter and high quality motor.
    Navigation music and many security features which Ola is offering in its scooter.
    Big boot space. You don't need to carry bags to market.
    Servicing is not upto the mark do not get slots easily have to try multiple times not many service centers
    The plus point of the scooter is:
    The pickup, acceleration is good.
    Top speed is unmatchable.
    The strong braking as it has disc brakes on both wheels.
    Fast charging.
    Very stable as battery is placed below. So, easy to ride with zero vibration. More easy to ride than petrol scooter.
    The high quality cells used in sccoter and high quality motor.
    Navigation music and many security features which Ola is offering in its scooter.
    Big boot space. You don't need to carry bags to market.
    Now coming to the cons..
    Build could have been improved. Currently build is moderate but could have been stronger.
    As scooter is a high speed scooter, it should have ABS braking.
    Suspension especially front gives average performance. The twin arm suspension should have been better in front. So, my suggestion is don't do much off roading with Ola scooter.
    Ola should have provided key.
    BMS bugs: Vehicle shows wrong battery percentage and it has a buggy BMS so you cannot trust that what range scooter shows if you will actually get that.
    Overheating issue: If you have to climb a steep incline, then battery will get overheated if incline is very high and switch to eco mode. Also, if you use hypermode for some time battery will get heated, and switch to eco mode. There is no proper thermal management in the scooter. Also, once Battery gets heated, rider has to stop vehicle and allow it to cool. It doesn't cool while riding.
    Panels could have been shorter, currently large panels are used and incase if there is a dent or crack a large panel section would require replacement.
    Ola didn't provide center stand and other accessories. But this should have been provided. Currently the single stand doesn't give much confidence. And there has been few cases wherein, person parked his vehicle in single stand and it fell. So customers have to ensure their stand is properly positioned.

    Most of the features are gimmicks eg proximity unlock, which works 1/10 times, music over speakers etc. The scooter is good until you face any problem, which you'll definitely do. The real issue starts when something breaks, you keep following service people and no one listens, and no one has any idea of the whereabouts of the scooter. And biggest scam is the Care+ plan. You won't get any benefits from it.
    Soon the sale will take a hit once legacy players catch up and Ola won't be able to sustain. Better to avoid buying.

    Suspension especially front gives average performance. The twin arm suspension should have been better in front. So, my suggestion is don't do much off roading with Ola scooter.
    Ola should have provided key.
    BMS bugs: Vehicle shows wrong battery percentage and it has a buggy BMS so you cannot trust that what range scooter shows if you will actually get that.
    Overheating issue: If you have to climb a steep incline, then battery will get overheated if incline is very high and switch to eco mode. Also, if you use hypermode for some time battery will get heated, and switch to eco mode. There is no proper thermal management in the scooter. Also, once Battery gets heated, rider has to stop vehicle and allow it to cool. It doesn't cool while riding.
    Panels could have been shorter, currently large panels are used and incase if there is a dent or crack a large panel section would require replacement.
    Ola didn't provide center stand and other accessories. But this should have been provided. Currently the single stand doesn't give much confidence. And there has been few cases wherein, person parked his vehicle in single stand and it fell. So customers have to ensure their stand is properly positioned.

    Most of the features are gimmicks eg proximity unlock, which works 1/10 times, music over speakers etc. The scooter is good until you face any problem, which you'll definitely do. The real issue starts when something breaks, you keep following service people and no one listens, and no one has any idea of the whereabouts of the scooter. And biggest scam is the Care+ plan. You won't get any benefits from it.
    Soon the sale will take a hit once legacy players catch up and Ola won't be able to sustain. Better to avoid buying.

  • Worst bike - OLA ELECTRIC S1 PRO

    This is the worst electric scooter according to my experience. Had faced too many issues with starting the scooter with a password and on every software update getting some or the other issue.
    And disgusting service is provided by Ola company. At first, they say every complaint service is free later they say the service charge is so and so plus 18%GST.

    Low maintenance and great performance I enjoy riding Ola S1 Pro Gen 2 and the highway is regeneration control very well andc7500 km my Ola belt was broke on the highway I had to tow vehicle to Ola service center and in 3 to 4 days they had repair and put new belt and my ola gen2 have motor problem also the company has change my vehicle motor only the problem of ola is giving late service but I enjoy the ride my ola gen2

    Call the customer service number & the answer you get is "Your complaint is registered" & they can't give you any other info. If you want peace of mind don't buy this bike. You will not be able to reach anyone in the company and no one will know when your bike will be ready. You will not get service personnel, service coordinator, or service head numbers. The company has taken a huge plot near Sunkadakatte on rent to dump all vehicles that come in for service/repair, all of them must hope and pray that the head of this company learns a bit about customer service.

  • Software, servicing issue… did not recommend to buy

    The ride is smooth, the main problem is with the software. Displaying wrong information needs regular multiple reboot at the same time. Sometimes Ola is late in responding like wants to turn right and press the indicator button, after 10-15 seconds indicator light starts blinking, at that time turns left behind and it is very dangerous. Servicing availability is taking at least 5-6 days.

    Worst thing in Ola. Do not buy Ola scooters My brother bought Ola in mid-December 2023 It has been only 6 months since the purchase and it got a sudden breakdown while driving twice in this period after logging complaints immediately. the toeing person came after 3 to 4 hours As it was already 10 pm no service centers were open they dropped the vehicle at my home That's it
    After this no update from them. Called customer care 10 to 15 times, but no one came to the home to toe the vehicle or no technicians visited to check the issue. Only getting this common answer our reprehensive will contact you ASAP for further assistance ASAP means within 48 hours as per one of the employee responses 48 hours after passing 3 days of raising complain

    The pickup, acceleration is good.
    Top speed is unmatchable.
    The strong braking as it has disc brakes on both wheels.
    Fast charging.
    Very stable as battery is placed below. So, easy to ride with zero vibration. More easy to ride than petrol scooter.
    The high quality cells used in scooter and high quality motor.
    Navigation music and many security features which Ola is offering in its scooter.
    Big boot space. You don't need to carry bags to market.
    Servicing is not upto the mark do not get slots easily have to try multiple times not many service centers
