I bought it 4 months back, and 5 times I got stuck. The vehicle will never turn on, and no display or response. In-app show in sleeping mode. It looks processor is hanging always, after complete power recycling it will turn on. Almost OLA Service centers will never troubleshoot the issue, instead just disconnect the power cable and connect it back to power on and the bike is ready. From the purchase date out of 130 days 45 days, it was in the service centre, almost more than 20 days I couldn't use it at all. Please don't waste your money by buying this vehicle.

Don't buy Ola S1 x so many issues facing system issues major system issues and horn issues please guys don't buy the build quality is very poor don't recommend anyone 1 month 4 times I took my vehicle to the service centre after service again and again facing system issue so please guys don't buy s1 x.

Never buy an Ola scooter

Never buy an Ola scooter, they don't give after-service, do not give proper answers for any issues, only want to earn money by selling scooters, not interested in customer service, once u buy they behave like unable to solve your scooter issues. Also, customer care has not given you a proper answer, they take money for RSA, and not give service for that also not refund money.

It's just a nice delicate toy.Not at all suitable for Indian roads, Services are pathetic, can say its with service centers more and with users less. The service centers are always overburdened and refuse to take the vehicle for months, no spares are available, and an ever-ending list of problems Don't buy it DISASTER, I lost money on Two bikes

It's been 10-15 days since I got my scooter, so the first problem is suddenly the screen gets off and the system won't on for 10-15mins When asked to service station they will say bring the vehicle to the service station, but the problem is how should I bring when the vehicle is off. Then they are saying open your boot space from the front and pull the plug and again put it back that time system will operate. It's been just 15 days and I'm facing such a problem. Also, Bluetooth gets off suddenly and I can't operate from the app. Again I need to restart the scooter and wait to connect. Within 15 days I have faced many problems.

Bad scooter and bad service in

Whim in a month the scooter started having issues (system issues) now 2 weeks of the scooter lying in my home we are able to use this useless scooter and I never recommended to friends to buy this scooter because there is no service center no one is attending the call too. There is a worse experience in my life than this useless scooter

Pros- Don't go with Pros, these are been told by every websiteCons- 1) Worst & Pathetic Service - Ola people don't respond when you face any problem be it service center people, Showroom people, or customer care.2) Scooter screen gets dead- This scooter gets dead and there is no way to start it.Their showroom guys will ask you to restart the scooter by manually opening its boot by pulling a pin then you have to find a plug by your finger, and they will ask you to unplug it.3) Complained about charger issue- It's been more than 3 months, they don't call, don't come to replace or repair, and ask me to bring the scooter 200 km away from my place. Even after availing of the service of Care+, they should have come to my place but they didn't respond.4) Display gets hung- Most of the time the display gets hanged and it takes time

Buying Experience was good and I m so Exited to buy this , but When I got the delivery We ridded only 30KM Scooter shutdown while riding in mobile app showing your bike is running but scooter not running no any support from ola then i booked a porter tempo to towing my scooter to my home .i had try lots of thing to do reset , i watch YouTube , a video which sent by ola support app but bike is not working next day i had booked appointment for service at vashi Mumbai workshop . after confirmation appointment booked the porter to take service center my scooter finally I reached the service center and submit the paper and appointment. service person told me i have to complete some Necessary process . you please drop your bike at pay and park zone i'll call you then you come . after five days no response when had lodge many complaint then bike taken for service after 3 days i got the call your claim under process take some time then after 5 days when I called him for status , he told me your claim pass But 309 is still balance plz pay .we paid immediateafter 5 days got a call he told me your bike battery is down and warranty reject please pay 12000 for battery totally fraud and harassments.never buy ola electric never trust him i ll go in consumer forums for this Froud

Absolute and Total Scam.

The company and its service are a joke. My battery went below 3%. They asked me to change it for 75,000 rupees. None of the service centers have a direct line of communication with their superiors neither do we. (As per the Kerala service manager). I have 6 vehicles now. Have sold 4 before. This is the only one I wouldn't recommend to others.

Also, Bluetooth gets off suddenly and I can't operate from the app. Again I need to restart the scooter and wait to connect. Within 15 days I have faced many problems.

Bad scooter and bad service in

Whim in a month the scooter started having issues (system issues) now 2 weeks of the scooter lying in my home we are able to use this useless scooter and I never recommended to friends to buy this scooter because there is no service center no one is attending the call too. There is a worse experience in my life than this useless scooter

Pls don't buy it- Worst After sales experience

Pros- Don't go with Pros, these are been told by every websiteCons- 1) Worst & Pathetic Service - Ola people don't respond when you face any problem be it service center people, Showroom people, or customer care.2) Scooter screen gets dead- This scooter gets dead and there is no way to start it.Their showroom guys will ask you to restart the scooter by manually opening its boot by pulling a pin then you have to find a plug by your finger, and they will ask you to unplug it.3) Complained about charger issue- It's been more than 3 months, they don't call, don't come to replace or repair, and ask me to bring the scooter 200 km away from my place. Even after availing of the service of Care+, they should have come to my place but they didn't respond.4) Display gets hung- Most of the time the display gets hanged and it takes time

Buying Experience was good and I m so Exited to buy this , but When I got the delivery We ridded only 30KM Scooter shutdown while riding in mobile app showing your bike is running but scooter not running no any support from ola then i booked a porter tempo to towing my scooter to my home .i had try lots of thing to do reset , i watch YouTube , a video which sent by ola support app but bike is not working next day i had booked appointment for service at vashi Mumbai workshop . after confirmation appointment booked the porter to take service center my scooter finally I reached the service center and submit the paper and appointment. service person told me i have to complete some Necessary process . you please drop your bike at pay and park zone i'll call you then you come . after five days no response when had lodge many complaint then bike taken for service after 3 days i got the call your claim under process take some time then after 5 days when I called him for status , he told me your claim pass But 309 is still balance plz pay .we paid immediateafter 5 days got a call he told me your bike battery is down and warranty reject please pay 12000 for battery totally fraud and harassments.never buy ola electric never trust him i ll go in consumer forums for this Froud

Absolute and Total Scam.

The company and its service are a joke. My battery went below 3%. They asked me to change it for 75,000 rupees. None of the service centers have a direct line of communication with their superiors neither do we. (As per the Kerala service manager). I have 6 vehicles now. Have sold 4 before. This is the only one I wouldn't recommend to others.

No service centre on rainy days display not working no resale value worst service no record poor customer service no customer support no picking up calls if you buy the product you will lose your money no body buy your vehicle no second sale if you waste your money then you go to buy Ola scooter worst customer service.
