PURE EV EPluto 7G Price in Hinganghat

This is is useless Vehicle. I purchased it 1.5 years ago. Since the first month, it has started giving trouble. The service center suggested upgrading the battery(BMS) and the warranty will be applicable for 5 years. They have collected 5000 INR for this. Still, the issue is not resolved. The vehicle stopped automatically after 20-25 KM.
The service center team is not saying anything about this, because they also know that this is a useless vehicle.
There is no battery warranty for this. The service center is not accepting to repair of the battery.
Finally, I approached a popular private battery repair center to repair the battery. They told the shocking news that 80% of their repairs are only pure EV batteries. My battery they told me that there will be 16 series of batteries will be there. Out of 16 series 8 series are not working. They said the battery is dead, and can't be used anymore. Now I sold my vehicle to a scrap shop for 500 Rupees.

Do not buy this scooter you will lose your peace of mind. Pure EV is in heavy losses and dealers and service stations are mostly closed in Hyderabad. You can try their phone number it's out of service too. Scam Indian startup you can never get your scooty repaired. Thousands of people just left it as the company could not deal with complaints. It is not possible to get a service center and if you do not get it serviced there your warranty is void.

Worst product ever purchased in my life. The battery stops working after every 30 to 40 days by the voltage is down. In fact, the dealer swasti enterprises try to skip free service and even didn't makes reminders to customers for service. Eventually, the warranty laps and then they can charge you a thick sum of money. The battery is not reliable I have faced a battery stop issue 7 times and still counting..., vehicle quality is poor, and the customer service center is a joke they won't listen to any problem. Regretting purchasing this vehicle. In fact, the behavior of the staff is also not good at showroom swasti enterprises, especially mechanics.
