This is is useless Vehicle. I purchased it 1.5 years ago. Since the first month, it has started giving trouble. The service center suggested upgrading the battery(BMS) and the warranty will be applicable for 5 years. They have collected 5000 INR for this. Still, the issue is not resolved. The vehicle stopped automatically after 20-25 KM.The service center team is not saying anything about this, because they also know that this is a useless vehicle.There is no battery warranty for this. The service center is not accepting to repair of the battery.Finally, I approached a popular private battery repair center to repair the battery. They told the shocking news that 80% of their repairs are only pure EV batteries. My battery they told me that there will be 16 series of batteries will be there. Out of 16 series 8 series are not working. They said the battery is dead, and can't be used anymore. Now I sold my vehicle to a scrap shop for 500 Rupees.

The battery is not working and there is no service point near it's a waste of money and waste of time battery is not charged and there is no service point near me. Service points are being closed. Pure is a failed product. the battery is not good. AMS decreased the battery stamina and showrooms have been closed in Guntur and Narasaraopet

Good evening Sir, I bought a pure EV electric vehicle epluto7G from your company. And my battery is not EP7GLH30022221746, so the battery has a problem. So I gave service to the battery to your company for the same problem 5 times and my complaint ticket no 1st time- WC-S1000138134 Date - 11.06.2022 2nd time- WC-S10001270514Date-24-12-2022 3rd time-WC- S1000196564Date-0601-20234th time- WC-S1000118044 Date-24.05.2023 and now live complaint No WC-S1000620809 date 19.08.2023then the till date your company not rectified my vehicle battery problem. I have the same complaint with my battery all the time. So I kindly request you to please rectify my battery problem or Replace a new battery for me. Thanking youHe can't answer any emails in the same showroom also. Very loss of my money so don't buy the worst company.

After a run of 6 months, the battery ran out of power. The dealer was changed by the manufacturer and the new dealer was pathetic. They asked me to pay 45k for the new battery. How that's possible. The customer service was practically zero. No resolution.Now forced to approach the Consumer Court.Horrible experience. Remain away from this Chinese manufacturing company in Indian clothes.

The problem is once you buy this bike, the company will forget you. This bike has problems in everything and you will not get proper support. You have to go to the service center daily basis. Why someone will spend 1L for a scrap? There is no road side assistance for this bike. They will charge you but you won't get it. You have to buy another ras again.

Worst service and maintenance. They won’t respond to our calls. They took our battery for service it’s been 1 year and they won’t respond properly. No proper response from them and they will speak rudely and they won’t give proper answers to anyone. The dealership of Nellore PURE lifted up their hands and said the company is not responding to us properly. The service center in Hyderabad cheated every customer and demanded money from customers. Don’t buy these cheap Scooters From this PURE company choose another brand. #SAYNOTOPURESCOOTERS

Battery problem, not recommended for purchase. I purchased the ev scooter in September 2021 and rode it but now the warranty is not useful for me because the dealer has not provided any type of claim on the battery problem and I am not recommending the ev scooter for purchase shortly. take care.

I purchased a Pure EPluto in November 2023, excited about joining the electric vehicle revolution and expecting a reliable, eco-friendly mode of transportation. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The very next day after my purchase, I encountered a significant issue with the throttle. While riding, the bike abruptly stopped without any prior warning signs, leaving me stranded. This was particularly frustrating as it happened during a busy commute, causing not only inconvenience but also safety concerns.To make matters worse, I had to push the bike back home for charging, which was both physically exhausting and time-consuming. Given that this issue occurred so soon after purchase, it raised serious doubts about the reliability and quality of the Pure EPluto.Seeking a resolution, I contacted Pure’s customer support, hoping for prompt and effective assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. The response was slow, and the solutions provided were inadequate. Despite multiple follow-ups, the problem persisted, and I felt neglected as a customer. Scam Indian startupDo not buy this scooter you will lose your peace of mind. Pure EV is in heavy losses and dealers and service stations are mostly closed in Hyderabad. You can try their phone number it's out of service too. Scam Indian startup you can never get your scooty repaired. Thousands of people just left it as the company could not deal with complaints. It is not possible to get a service center and if you do not get it serviced there your warranty is void.

Scam Indian startupDo not buy this scooter you will lose your peace of mind. Pure EV is in heavy losses and dealers and service stations are mostly closed in Hyderabad. You can try their phone number it's out of service too. Scam Indian startup you can never get your scooty repaired. Thousands of people just left it as the company could not deal with complaints. It is not possible to get a service center and if you do not get it serviced there your warranty is void.

Battery dead in a year. No service center. If you buy this you will be selling to scrap. Scrap. Waste of money. No dealer services this bike. They all are cheaters. Complete waste of money. Don't buy don't buy don't buy. They closed their company. No service. Waste of money.No second thoughts don't buy pure EV bikes.

Scrap EV

This is is useless Vehicle. I purchased it 1.5 years ago. Since the first month, it has started giving trouble. The service center suggested upgrading the battery(BMS) and the warranty will be applicable for 5 years. They have collected 5000 INR for this. Still, the issue is not resolved. The vehicle stopped automatically after 20-25 KM.The service center team is not saying anything about this, because they also know that this is a useless vehicle.There is no battery warranty for this. The service center is not accepting to repair of the battery.Finally, I approached a popular private battery repair center to repair the battery. They told the shocking news that 80% of their repairs are only pure EV batteries. My battery they told me that there will be 16 series of batteries will be there. Out of 16 series 8 series are not working. They said the battery is dead, and can't be used anymore. Now I sold my vehicle to a scrap shop for 500 Rupees.

The battery is not working and there is no service point near it's a waste of money and waste of time battery is not charged and there is no service point near me. Service points are being closed. Pure is a failed product. the battery is not good. AMS decreased the battery stamina and showrooms have been closed in Guntur and Narasaraopet

Good evening Sir, I bought a pure EV electric vehicle epluto7G from your company. And my battery is not EP7GLH30022221746, so the battery has a problem. So I gave service to the battery to your company for the same problem 5 times and my complaint ticket no 1st time- WC-S1000138134 Date - 11.06.2022 2nd time- WC-S10001270514Date-24-12-2022 3rd time-WC- S1000196564Date-0601-20234th time- WC-S1000118044 Date-24.05.2023 and now live complaint No WC-S1000620809 date 19.08.2023then the till date your company not rectified my vehicle battery problem. I have the same complaint with my battery all the time. So I kindly request you to please rectify my battery problem or Replace a new battery for me. Thanking youHe can't answer any emails in the same showroom also. Very loss of my money so don't buy the worst company.

Chinese ev in Indian clothes

After a run of 6 months, the battery ran out of power. The dealer was changed by the manufacturer and the new dealer was pathetic. They asked me to pay 45k for the new battery. How that's possible. The customer service was practically zero. No resolution.Now forced to approach the Consumer Court.Horrible experience. Remain away from this Chinese manufacturing company in Indian clothes.

The problem is once you buy this bike, the company will forget you. This bike has problems in everything and you will not get proper support. You have to go to the service center daily basis. Why someone will spend 1L for a scrap? There is no road side assistance for this bike. They will charge you but you won't get it. You have to buy another ras again.

Worst service and maintenance. They won’t respond to our calls. They took our battery for service it’s been 1 year and they won’t respond properly. No proper response from them and they will speak rudely and they won’t give proper answers to anyone. The dealership of Nellore PURE lifted up their hands and said the company is not responding to us properly. The service center in Hyderabad cheated every customer and demanded money from customers. Don’t buy these cheap Scooters From this PURE company choose another brand. #SAYNOTOPURESCOOTERS

Battery problem, not recommended for purchase. I purchased the ev scooter in September 2021 and rode it but now the warranty is not useful for me because the dealer has not provided any type of claim on the battery problem and I am not recommending the ev scooter for purchase shortly. take care.
