Chinese ev in Indian clothes

After a run of 6 months, the battery ran out of power. The dealer was changed by the manufacturer and the new dealer was pathetic. They asked me to pay 45k for the new battery. How that's possible.
The customer service was practically zero. No resolution.
Now forced to approach the Consumer Court.
Horrible experience. Remain away from this Chinese manufacturing company in Indian clothes.

Fraud service center

The vehicle is very good but chennai pallikarai service center is very very worst service. They changed my tripper switch and put it in another vehicle. Please, don't give service at pallikaranai service center. They only damage the company name. I'm going to compliant the case.

Be warned: no electric vehicle is reliable. They have numerous battery and service issues. I regret buying an electric bike/scooter and advise against purchasing any EV bike or scooter."

"I've had a disappointing experience with my electric bike/scooter due to battery and service problems. Consider my warnings and thoroughly research before investing in an EV.
