I bought my Tvs iQube on 10 May 2024, after 15 kms a beep sound arose from my vehicle and a triangle symbol showed on the screen, I immediately took my vehicle to my nearest workshop they diagnosed and find there a problem of TPS something, they changed their part and after 15 days the sounds arising same and my vehicle pickup come to zero even he is not moving single meters, I called to your customer care and they not even solve my problem and cut my call I felt that I bought garbage for paying 1.5 lakh no will help on that nearest service centre Wale kaehte hai jha se liya vhi jao I did not know that why company claimed of 3 years warranty, even their service is disgusting, I want to go to consumer forum and rise a complaint on this.

  • Automatically full blood pressure we will purchase with vehicle

    Shankar R

4 servicing, I purchased the vehicle on 1st January 2022, very worst service at bharath motors in jayanagar, i-qube a very big problem charging the battery, every six months some component of the charging system, will take repair to 20 days, this is happening for me a second time, no response in the service department, my opinion don't by tvs i-qube, always running to the service center and argue with repairing support team, fully headache waste of money, if you are buying i qube automatically full blood pressure we will purchase with the vehicle, no spares getting in the service center, they are only selling and target reaching every month, they do not bother after-sale vehicle.

  • The first real well built ev in Indian markets

    Ashutosh Dighe

In my previous review almost a year back - but to the company official - yes, it was a challenge to understand the product then from the sales guys, but I assume with a year gone it must have been smooth.
Tvs iqube has the smoothest ride of all the available e-bikes on market - you may say the silence is the only negative - as we are still not accustomed to silent vehicles passing from behind - we still want the loud noise to understand a passing vehicle. Disclosure - I have tested almost all brands of ev vehicles - and I own 3 evs from different brands - iqube - ather - ampere.
I use them for my delivery business and each one has crossed over 18,000 km within a year of purchase - so I can proudly say that now my 1 vehicle is already free (saved on avg 450 ltrs of petrol from each bike - 1350 x 110 = 1,48,500)
Buying from a well-established 2-wheeler company makes the most sense and on top of it I will rate tvs as number 1 compared to others - ride - handling - ease - ladies friendly - decent mileage - built quality etc.
Tvs has one more issue of an onboard battery - which by default goes kaput around 15,000 kms - this is where we faced our first real problem with tvs - but they were able to sort it out in 15 days after repeated follow-ups. They also said that this onboard battery is no longer there in the newer vehicles. So assume this issue was for the initial bikes.
Servicing and maintenance is an eye wash for all evs - as I really don't think there is anything that needs to be done like an engine vehicle - they just need to check the connectors and tighten the bolts.
All pros and no cons (i wonder who gave 1-star ratings)

  • TVS icube looks very good

    Vipin Tyagi

TVS icube looks very good but 100 KM is not enough nowadays so if they improve rude KM that's good. Cost is higher than Ola or other similar so they have to work on cost reduction. One more suggestion color option should be increased. TVS has to work on the fast charger option because everybody wants time.

  • Don’t Buy TVS Iqube !!! Batteries are not relaible

    Praswanth

I purchased the TVS I Qube S variant in February 2023. In December 2023, the Vehicle stopped on the road and I had to tow the vehicle to the service center. After 10 days, they replaced one battery and handed over the vehicle.
In October 2024 after 19,550kms, Again the issue occurred, again they took the vehicle to replace the battery.
TVS is overcharging and their so-called AIS-certified batteries are not worth the hype social media influencers created. Each battery costs 33000. If you have to replace one with a similar issue after the warranty it is expensive. Go for other brands like Ola or Ather. TVS Batteries are not reliable.
