TVS Old Generation Jupiter 2013 Price in Peddepuram

Tvs Jupiter was an overrated bike, if you compare it with honda activa and suzuki access , the maintenance cost is too high. I am using tvs jupiter for 4 years. I had spent more than 150% of the vehicle value on maintenance. Spare parts manufactured by the producer were high prices and low quality and the servicing center works on a commercial moto, they render high labor charges on the consumer. When comparing workshops of honda ,suzuki , tvs ,tvs had the privilege of technicians with low standards working at tvs. Spare parts like v-belt drive and accelerator cable will be changed regularly in jupiter due to the flaw in the design and poor quality spare parts. The body made with fiber is delicate and might be damaged by minor accidents also. One positive thing about jupiter is mileage, it gives hardly 2-5 kmpl extra mileage compared with the other two, in city traffic all three perform equally in the mileage segment. Tvs company spends crores of money on ads with big stars and others and this is one of the reasons for the over-rating. I suggest honda activa in this segment because of its low maintenance. Another crucial factor for my preference was resale value.

I bought the brand new tvs jupiter zx connect variant in the month of September 2022. For the first month, the scooty is really superb but then the problems started after the first service. Some ticking sounds started from the silencer or from the bottom of the vehicle(i don't know exactly where that noise is coming from). I have taken the scooty to the service center again and they started arguing with me like this noise is an inbuilt sound. Then I asked them to compare the sound with another jupiter. Then I said to see the difference. Then they have taken the complaint but I didn't get a resolution to date. I can say the people working there don't have complete knowledge of their work.

I bought TVS Jupiter 17 months back, when the cart was sold, the cart was changed back wheel axile. The battery is changed. In the 3rd servicing, both 2 clutch units are changed, and self motor bend axile is changed. So far the cart has been Opened more than13 times.
Present vehicle condition:
1 Handle vibration
2 Low pickup
3 Hevy sound
4Jerky throttle
5 Back wheel back side gears sound.
This compliance is not a manufacturing defence at all. All these complaints are scams by the showroom. We have faith in TVS vehicles. I have complained many times in Customer care. Customer care is also involved in the Scam. Customer care people are not taking action seriously.
Please stop the scam Immediately and save customers.
