i have jupitar zx. buying experience is good. i get this bike in 20th july 2020 and today 24th nov i travelled 1300km and 1st service done which cost me 900 rs which is not good at all i have 4 free servicing but they charging for engine oil,flush oil, battery gel, etc. but overall scooter is really very good after 1000 km i want know whats the top speed so i go highway and its 70-80 km top speed but without major vibration. i continuously ride 127 km in a day and i get average is 65 which is very surprising for me because i constantly ride it 60-70km/hr. and there is no issue. nice grip of tyre also.in my family all ladies ride it very easily, there is no issue in handling, i almost put more than 70kg weight in a foot board and ride it 40km in uphill area and there is no problem in pickup but mileage little bit lower that time but its ok for me.

Style

as for as stlye is concerned, it is more or less look like honda activa. Good in style.

Engine performance, fuel economy and gearbox

soundless smooth engine but the power is less. Pick up is less than other brand two wheelers

ride quality & handling

normal road it is very smooth. But while crossing speed braker not comfortable (shock absorber transfering all shocks to the rider)

final words

feature is more than honda activa. Price is less than honda activa. So its worth to buy.

Areas of improvement

shock absorber. Clock to be included in the panel. Petrol low low audible alarm can be included.

Pros

petrol can be filled without getting out of the seat. Pass by switch. Tubless tire. Flat seat.

Cons

no clock. No side stand indication. No front cabin to keep water bottle, files.

I am riding my jupiter about 1 year and i am very happy with my experience with this. I am riding this in himachal and it's never disappoint me there. Mileage is also quite good. When you come with family experience it's also quit good. My mom an easily ride this because it's not very tall and they can market our-self.

1. Buying experience was not good. Dealer hide many things.2. Riding experience is ok-ok. Soft suspensions make rides comfortable but only for few kilometers. After that it starts behaving like hell. Chassis starts making noises and silencer also starts making some different sounds.3. Looks are good. Performance is also good if you maintain your scooter best (proper service and regular checkups of parts).4. Servicing and maintenance is not costly 500-700 for general service rest depends upon your scooter requirements.5. Pros -> 1.Good budget scooter with great performance in this segment 2. Average is also good 48-50 (city rides) and 57-59 on highways. cons -> 1. Road grip is not good. You should use your own tyres for better grip. 2. Chassis start vibrating after some times and on a long ride also. 3.Breaking is not good (bs-iii). 4. Fuel reading are not accurate. You have to depend on your own idea 5. Fuel tank capacity is less. 200-250 km range only.

I own this scooter for 8 months. I upgraded from a honda activa. So far the experience has been superb. I was tired of the same old activa i bought twice. I needed a change. But this change was invigorating. Tvs jupiter is no less than a honda activa, in fact, this is a better option. Mileage is wise, maintenance wise, performance wise, engine wise it is a complete 5star package.
On top of this, it is also a quality product made in India by a brand made in India.

Best for the middle class family, because its come at the average salary ,Easy to ride and because of the eco and power indicators driving performance improves automatically,Look wise jupiter is average ,but new edition have the cool accessories as compare to activa. Mileage is an problem with all scooters its not an issue. Tvs service center are always customer friendly,The jupiter face so much starting problem mostly at winters and also power to. But at the last pros will cover the cons of jupiter.

Best scooter in it's class.It hardly demands any attention. In last 5 years I have just changed it's battery & rear tyre once. So far my Jupiter has clocked 28000km. I change engine oil once in a six months. It's been absolutely trouble free. I use it to get my veggies & groceries. I have also used it for 800km return ride(Mumbai-Ratnagiri). It has peppy performance & impressive ride & handling. Needless to say it offers better features than competition. You will never go wrong with this one.

scooter Is okay and i did not face any big issue or problem in the tvs jupiter. TVS is our Indian company and i have proud on it.
Keep up TVS and made it fastest and most selling scooter in INDIA.

Every month almost Rs 1000 to 1500 in maintenance.
Nonsense bike
Dont buy
Pros good looks (matte black)
Cons worst ride, jerks, handle jerks but service people can not find your problem.
Poor built quality so heavy maintenance.
So do not buy this bike.
