The 2023 Honda CB350 comes with a few changes that set it apart from the previous model. While design of the Honda Hness CB350 remains the same, the company has now added two new colour scheme to the palette. This comprises of a blue with grey stripes on the fuel tank and matte green with black stripes on the tank. Apart from these colours, the brand is offering upto seven paint schemes with the Hness CB350.
To add some value to the package, the Hness CB350 gets a few additions to its fitment for 2023. Hence, it is now fitted with fork gaiters as standard that lend a rugged look to the motorcycle. Then there is the split seat setup that replaced the single seat on the previous version. This seat is also said to be comfier than before and features a different pattern too. In addition to this, the Hness CB350’s chrome mirrors also are slightly different with the head of the stalk sporting black.
However, the biggest update for 2023 to the entire CB350 range has to be the new customization options. Honda is offering four kits for the Hness that can transform the motorcycle into a café racer or a comfortable touring package too. These kits and parts can be bought separately or as a whole as well.
That said, Honda has not changed much when it comes to performance. The Hness CB350 continues with a 348.6cc, air-cooled engine that churns out 20.78bhp and 30Nm and is mated to a five-speed gearbox. It rides on a 19-18-inch alloy wheel combination with suspension are handled by telescopic forks and dual shocks. Meanwhile braking is taken care of by a single disc at both ends with a dual-channel ABS as standard.
The motorcycle continues to compete against the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 and the Jawa 42 in India.

1.a. Idling issue:As soon as I start the engine the acceleration picks up to 3 to 4 RPM and stays for a longer time than usual. Ideally, for the HONDA cruise models, this feature is added in place of ‘Chokes’ that other regular vehicles have.1.b. No buzzers provided for indicators:The buzzers for the indicators are not being provided for any of the cruise bike models. This feature is very must required. Any automobile expert recommends this feature in vehicles, as this adds to the SAFETY of the driver if at all the driver forgets to turn off the indicator, the buzzer reminds him to turn it off.1.c. Fault in battery cover:There is a problem with the locking system in the battery cover. Even after locking the cover, the cover doesn’t lock on the one side, as there is only one stud that’s gets pressed against a hole and other is a hook which gets locked firmly. The one with stud can be removed easily, which is left with the key lock in the bottom and hook lock on the top. Any miscreants can easily remove the stud part and break open the cover and steal the battery.

Poor sales and After sales

Purchased honda highness DLX PRO CB 350 on September 19, 2023 from Honda Big Wing Worli. I have suffered immensely due to pathetic service and request you to kindly resolve all the pending issues on a priority. Following are the issues of during the sale/after the sale process:(i) The Bike was booked on September 10, 2023. The on-road cost of the bike was reflected as ₹240682. I have received the invoice as follows against a payment of ₹240682. a. Payment to Maharashtra Motor Vehicles Department: ₹3066 b. Insurance Premium ₹ 15045( Debit Note for 15,130) c: Tax Invoice including GST: ₹214856 d. RTO Registration Charges-₹6797 Total of the invoice value from a to d is ₹239764Complaint 1: Kindly resolve the difference between ₹240682 and ₹ 239764(ii) The Insurance policy issued at the time of the bike purchase was made invalid by ICICI Lombard due to the non-realisation of the premium. They have reissued me a policy on December 11, 2023 showing the vehicle registration date as December 11, 2023. The premium charged is ₹14782. Complaint 2: My bike was non-insured from September 19, 2023 to December 11, 2023. Also, no refund is made to me on the excess premium payment taken. I request ₹50,000 in compensation damages for deficiency in service of not insuring the vehicle. Due to your deficiency in service, my insurance policy has factual inaccuracies that vehicle registration date is December 11, 2023 which makes the new policy also invalid. (iii) The sticker of the bike was damaged at the time of delivery. I had regularly been in touch with the delivery guy who assured me that the sticker would be replaced within weeks. After multiple follow-ups, the delivery agent confirmed on January 7, 2024 that the sticker has arrived. On talking to their Service representative, I learnt that sticker replacement will require the paint of the tank also to be repainted. Complaint 3: I want the sticker repaired with the original paint or the complete tank to be replaced with original paint. (iv) The horn of the bike is not working properly from day 1 of purchase. I had raised the issue with the service representative on first service in October. The issue persists till date. While service representative has advised me to bring back again to the showroom, I don't have time to visit the showroom again and again. The most callous behaviour was when at the time of return of vehicle horn issue was persisting, the service guy just pressed the clip with his hands and told everything is fine. Complaint 4: Kindly arrange bike pickup and drop from my home and replace horn along with horn clips so that horn issues never arise in future. (v) The self-start of the bike does not work at the first instance and I need to switch on/of the engine button nearly 10% of the time. (vi) I approached the service representative for a replacement of the side mirror on Feb 15. The service representative has informed me that it will come next week. Next week on approaching the service representative, I was told it will take one more week. I am yet to receive any communication from the service representative. Complaint 6: If the company cannot arrange basic bike parts, the sale of bike may be immediately stopped.

Good bike

I have been riding a bike for more than a year now. Between Royal Enfield and Hness, i preferred Hness. Riding-wise, at the time of buying, I took a trial and it was good. I also saw too much royal enfield so wanted some unique and also everything felt good hence purchased this. Maintenance is not much required, might be required after 3 yr normal bike maintenance as we do.
