Outdoor Travel Gear has launched the Quipco AquaShield backpack in the Indian market. Priced at Rs 3,990, this backpack offers the benefits of a waterproof roll-top bag along with the utility of a regular backpack.
The AquaShield backpack is made of high density PVC material with tough welded seams to make it waterproof. The main compartment is waterproof and has a 32 litre capacity. Unlike conventional backpacks, you need to roll down the top section of the Aquashield and secure it with clips, a mechanism which makes it completely waterproof. Besides, there are two mesh side pockets, one zipped front pocket and a hidden pocket at the rear, none of which are waterproof. The back is padded to make it comfortable, while the front gets reflective strips. The shoulder straps and waist straps have been designed to put minimum stress on your shoulders.
