Service is very bad in green tech ventures mariyappana palya, they misuse our vehicle parts every time the battery is changed without any information for customer service is very bad Okinawa ev very bad vehicle no mileage it's told for customer for 80-90 but real mileage is 40-50 so don't but this Okinawa brand vehicle any model.

Please don't buy this scooter. I will never recommend this to anybody. Worst customer service. The performance of this vehicle is very bad. They said 3 hours charge can run 100-120 km. But it will never go beyond 65-70 km. No indication or warning for low battery. If any breakdown no immediate assistance.

Very bad service in milestone motors vehicle I purchase a vehicle in milestone motors it is not good to use because it is not working very nice, but the mileage is of very bad quality I purchase the vehicle last year but this year my electrical vehicle is in repair I went for the service center to solve my problem that service person, he is asking me time for 2 months to service my two wheeler battery just 1-year-old vehicle how come the battery repair I asked him to give me an explanation what is the problem in the vehicle he said there is a problem in the battery so I need to send it to Delhi we need too much time and I ask the question why you people required 2 months to service a battery but he did not reply to me in a good manner because of him I was not satisfied with the service center.

The worst vehicle ever, I am going to file a case against it in consumer court,
In my 2nd month itself, 1 sensor and 3 switches experience a problem so replaced and after 1 year it's terrible, now in every 10 to 15 days I'm facing one or the other problem,
1. Handle cone set was fixed 3 times (every 500kms used to get trouble). So it takes 3 days for service.
2. Charger stopped working on September 14 and after giving it for service received it after 11 days, so again I had to park my vehicle for 11 days without using it, and he charged me rs. 2200, even though it says the warranty is covered for 3 years but they said it was only written that it's only 1 year. This is how they trick us.
3. While traveling back home, which was 22 kms away, it suddenly stopped after 4 kms showing some error in the meter, I had to push 3 kms to the main road at 3 am and called my friend to tow back 18 kms back home.
You cannot rely on this stupid vehicle for traveling.
4. As I mentioned above 1 sensor and 3 switches were replaced and trust me the switches that which service center installed are better than the company stock,
So the company purposely gives us low-quality parts.
5. The tyre's ran out by 10000 kms, I had to buy a new and the in-service center quoted ₹1600 but I new price in the market so I bought from outside and gave them to replace, which cost me ₹1200.
So this was my worst experience on electric vehicles. On my 250cc petrol vehicle also I don't spend this much in 1 year.
This is a Chinese company please do not buy this stupid vehicle. Already even the new launch oki90 is also a disaster, it gives 70kms range but claims 160.
The stupid company I lost so much money trusting this company.
After 1 year there will be so many problems with vehicle. I spoke with owners too and found the same issues.
In these 3 months, I had to stop using at least 40 days due to one or the other issues.

I purchased the electric scooter from the distributor in whitefiled bangalore on july 2021.
It's almost one year and rode around 9500km. They have committed a mileage of 110km on a full charge.
But even before completing one year, the mileage has come down to 70 km. Currently, the vehicle has been given to the service center and there is no update even after multiple follow up. I really don't suggest going with this brand.

lease make a group on whatsapp, Whoever needs to lodge a complaint against okinawa company for their faults. The scooty shows 80 kms run when actually its 100 kms. Just raise a complaint on consumer forum.

1.Bought okinawa praise pro at 87k on full cash payment.
2.Riding comfort is very low, need to keep your leg in height position. Not good suspension.
3.Look and is very good, performance is medium. Maximum speed is 55 km/h only but it will show 70 in odometer.
4.Not much services required, minimum level of maintenance cost if you use as a smooth riding. For rough riding (includes road condition) this ev is not recommended.
5.Saving bit amount of fuel cost but need to plan your trips and battery charging time accordingly.
If your road is not good then do not buy this hub motor type of ev bikes, motor will get damaged easily. There is no better solution in service center as well as company.
