The buying experience was awesome while buying. I was a little worried about my decision because it was a bit costlier than other scooty but after buying and driving it. I was glad with my decision the performance is much better than another bike the comfort is on the other level even if you travel a long distance u won't feel any discomfort the space is awesome describing the experience in a description will take too much words in short going with burgman is worth it and price efficient.

Buying experience: booked this from the official suzuki showroom which is located in malad east nr highway & had booked the ex version which cost me a total of 1.35l but wait time was extremely long (i.E. 3 months) and whenever I followed up with the them they said the truck is yet to arrive. So I’d say the experience was not that great…
2. Riding experience: riding experience is just amazing haven’t got any issues yet and the suspension is perfect which easily covers the normal road bumps while day-to-day riding
3. Looks & performance: this is where all the waiting time was worth it! looks sharp and muscular from the front. However, the backside look could be better and taking about the performance it easily zips on the street and quick overtaking is never a hesitation with burgman ex
4. Servicing/ maintenance: I’ve got 5 free services with this which would last for a year at least and maintenance is minimal considering the small 125cc engine.
5. Pros and cons:
Pros: maxi styling, 12-inch wheel at the rear, silent start in ex variant, navigation system
Cons: overpriced! considering almost the same features in both variants, the rear look is not that great, diamond cut alloys would’ve been an advantage.
Considering the price of ex variant and the long wait time I’d rate it 3/5.

1. The buying experience was very good i bought it from a multi brand bike dealer because there was no availability in the showroom the waiting periods was around 1 month but it was worth the wait.
2. The riding experience is very comfortable and not only that bike performs well in all road conditions and seating position is also upright making it very confident to ride in traffic.
3. The looks are the reason I bought the scooter, it gives good mileage .
4. As it is a Japanese then maintenance is minimal and servicing cost is low and reliability is the best factor.

Its my dream bike, it looks so good while riding on the road, everything in the bike is perfect. Only company has to maintain the battery as i have faced battery issues within a year then I had replaced the battery but I have paid 600 rupees for the same but I didn't get from the authorized service centre they have given one of the authorized battery franchise.

It's the most comfortable and spacious scooter. Build quality is much better even though it is made of plastic. Performance is better and feels safe to drive even at 70 speed (not recommended -just for testing). Parts are better than a Honda scooter. Maintenance is expensive in comparison to TVS
