TVS revived the Victor brand after a gap of more than eight years and has positioned the motorcycle above the Star City Plus in their line-up. The new Victor features a host of cosmetic and technological updates.
The front of the motorcycle gets a curvy headlamp and small visor to cover the instrument cluster. The seating position has been optimised for comfort and the soft single-piece seat also helps this cause over a short distance. The instrument cluster gets a neat analogue tachometer and a digital display, which integrates the speedometer, fuel gauge and the odometer. The motorcycle features minimalistic graphics which will likely appeal to people of all age groups.
Powering the Victor is a 110cc single-cylinder engine, which delivers 9bhp and 9Nm of torque through a four-speed transmission. The Victor returns a fuel efficiency figure of 59.8kmpl in average city conditions. The bike rides on telescopic forks at the front and adjustable dual springs in the rear. Braking is taken care of by drum brakes at both ends with an option of a disc for the front. Both variants are equipped with SBT (Synchronised Braking Technology).
The TVS Victor is available in six paint schemes – blue, red, silver, grey, black/red and black/grey. The motorcycle is available in three variants, drum, disc and Premium. In the 110cc commuter market, the Vector locks horns with the Hero Passion Pro 110, Mahindra Centuro, Bajaj Discover 110 and the Honda Livo and CB Shine models.
The average of the Victor is 60 kmpl, as per the owners of the bike.

Since beginning, I am very much satisfied with this bike. It has given me excellent performance. I get an average of 65 km/ liters of fuel. Seat is quite wide and lengthy, for comfortable sitting. Even for free servicing, i did not any problem or i did not pay anything. I have started an all India tour with this bike. I shall cover a distance of 15000 kms and 10 states in a period of 2 months, to visit the tourist place of those states. I have covered 3000 kms and absolutely no problem. I love and care my bike like my kids.
