  • Just one word for the scooter - pain

    Sheeltikku

The bike buying process is smooth and taking delivery is pain. They will call you at shady places for delivery. 1st month after the scooter had a problem that the scooter does not turn on. Complained and someone came after 4days of follow-up. Once this problem was resolved a new problem was that the scooter went on cruise mode automatically and restricted the speed to 5kmph. Then after many follow up someone came and solved the problem only for the problem to come back after 2 days. Then I was told a new update has come and that would solve the problem but the scooter did not update itself. After much hassle, the service center took the scooter and updated the problem. In 2 months the scooter was hardly useable. In the 3rd month, the scooter again has a problem that the throttle does not speed and the scooter does not move. It's been days and still, no one has come from the service center.

Company showing on road price of Rs. 75k in Delhi. And when you proceed to buy then they will disclose the actual amount of the vehicle which is Rs. 97k. When I asked for the difference, they told me extra charges are for chargers. Do we really need to buy a charger as an extra accessory? It should be mandatory to provide the vehicle, Or if we have to buy it apart from the vehicle then why don't you mention the charges of the same on portals, websites, or apps? And who will buy the charger for this huge amount? Why are you offering/showing swapping battery options on the web when you don't have developed the same yet? Feel pathetic, 97k for 65km speed vehicle, I have much more options to go with high speed and better instrumental controls.

  • Lies infinity

    Mohamed Latheef

Buying experience - extremely poor and deceptive. Bounce infinity should be called lies infinity because they never stop giving false promises and their cs team only knows to apologize and will not have any info. Today is exactly 2 months since I took bike delivery and yet to get the registration number and still using a big huge temporary charger when it was assured it will be given in 7 days and 1 month respectively. The vehicle range is 70 km with a max speed of approx 38 kmph, but cs team says 85 km range. Only lies, true lies, and lies. Don't buy!
Everything they say is a lie. When I did my booking, they gave a delivery date and extended 3-4 times.
They said the vehicle will be delivered at the doorstep, which they said it is not possible at the time of delivery and I had to travel from north bengaluru to south bengaluru after visiting the office, most of them were clueless as to whom they need to guide to.
A few times vehicle breakdowns due to a faulty brake switch and the app never get connected with the phone.
The side stand doesn't help the vehicle to tilt properly towards the left and had scenarios where just because of wind, the vehicle fell towards the right a few times
If 2 adults travel there is some kind of wobbling in the seat.
Indian women who sit on one side, cannot sit, as they didn't provide a footrest.
Ask anything about accessories, they will say it will come in a few days and no update.
Whenever we call cs number, they will ask us to write an email and when we write an email, the response will be to the contact number, it may sound joke but really frustrating and annoying.
Cs team will say they will call back to resolve the issue, but they wouldn't call back. There is no coordination and crm in place, need to repeat the same issue to multiple people or will get calls back to back for the same query.
Honestly, I don't like riding this bike now because of so much stress in getting things in place. If there is an option buyback, lies infinity please do, so I can bounce with happiness!
My request, please don't buy this vehicle not just because of poor poor cs and deception but also because of really less range, especially for a city like bengaluru, where the distance from one corner to another is 40 kms approximately and you will end up only going 1 side and need return by getting a pickup van. The current charger which is given is big and it isn't compatible to carry and if we have to carry, you cannot big plug point (12 amps) easily.
I believe the drag option is for that reason as the company executives were sure we will end up dragging than riding.
If we go with eco mode, you cannot cross beyond 38 kmph, and a cyclist overtakes us at this speed.

  • Bounce Infinity E1 Review

    Reuben Thomas

Experience has been extremely disappointing. Possibly my worst service experience for any vehicle that I have owned. My bike has just run about 1500 kms and already had a battery problem. What is worse is that it took 3-4 days for the service person to take the battery and tell me there is a problem. I have to atleast call 8-10 times to get to know what is happening with the battery. It's been more than 2 weeks since the bike has stopped working and still no communication from your team. If you don't know how to service pls don't go ahead and start a bike company. Really upset with the experience.

  • Irresponsible customer support

    Anil

The bike is good in terms of use and safety but when there is any breakdown or any issues no service center will respond. I have raised a complaint but still, I don't see any response it's been almost 20 days. For 20 days I have parked it as a scrap one. I reached out to the dealer they suggested checking with customer service, customer service will advise you to check with the dealer. The great thing about customer support, they don't listen to what is the issue they keep on saying the terms and conditions. I feel it's a nice game playing and thought of giving this review let's see in how many days it will be parked as a scrap one.

    Subhransu Misra

Absurd pricing. The price of the vehicle as given by the company is 80k without any swap option. Over that one has to pay for a charger 10k . Plus taxes etc. In total it comes to 100k. Why will anyone buy bounce infinity for 100k with a mileage of 80 km. The company should include a charger and offer the price.

    1. Buying experience - decent
After-sales service is hopeless, the bike broke down a week ago and every day we were told someone will come to see the bike but in spite of repeated follow-ups no one showed up. We had to end up sending the bike to the service centre. The executive who came finally was rude and looked unprofessional and badly trained.
In about 8 months of ownership, the vehicle broke down multiple times and we had to end up taking the product to the service centre.
    2. Ride quality is very average, would rate the ola better.
Have to say again that the post-sales service is a nightmare, unprofessional people have been put in to deal with customers.
