    Don't buy this bike
    I am facing a battery problem for 6 months still not been resolved. Poor customer care they don't have spares. The service center will not service your bike properly they give your bike as it is without servicing the bike. If you call the service center they will say the factory is not responding if you call the factory they say we will not do anything service center is responsible for one.

  • Worst vehicle

    i had purchased the vehicle from richmond road show room. I had faced the below mentioned difficulties.
    While taking the bike they spoke very nicely but after that the service was very poor and worst.
    2.The vehicle is worst than any cycle. This much huge amount I have invested on this. I have not at all driven the kilometers upto 3000 km only.
    3. Last three - 3 times the vehicle was towed from hosur Tamilnadu and every time the charges was Rs. 3000/- * 3 times total towing charges was Rs.9000/-. Every time they will tell a nice story behind that and I have done every thing for your vehicle. While driving to hosur for only 40 kms the mileage dropped immediately.
    4. Please this time I don't want to take any risk. My humble request to your company is to change the battery or take the vehicle and give some other good vehicle.

  • Useless cheap body and reckless service team

    I bought pure 7g and after it was a hell like experience. I bought it from gaura Kondapur and the team is not worth for even a penny. They don't know even basic details about the vehicle and their after sale service is nightmare. There will be no proper support or service and the vehicle is downgrade quality from mirrors to back support handle. Their centre stand touches every speed breaker on the road. I don't know how they missed safety standards being a indian and Hyderabad made the considerable height of bumps on the road. They charged high amount for the quality provided and zero service and support. Company should take this seriously because dealers have already spoiled the brand image(i don't say it has got some brand value). I was a fool to take my hard earned money on this cheap toy and i request everyone else not to go for this.

    i purchased the pure ev 7g on 8th October 2021,still now it gives more issues and problems between 8months i went for service center more than 25times its irritating totally disappointed. Please retake this vehicle as soon as possible. Yesterday also it struggled. Very worst vehicle it irritating me ever still now it was not started service center also not responded to take for service it not happen this time only every time and every month it gave issues totally worst vehicle its tripper changed more than 4times in between 8months,pork claimed, charger issues, battery issues allot. Please don't buy it there is also no warranty they will not sort out the issues ever.

    This bike is only for a single rider.
    Service is not good.
    Parts of this bike or too costly we didn’t get these bike parts outside. In the showroom, they bill heavy prices. For one headlight bulb, they bill 550 rs and for one-foot rest, they bill 950 rs and we need to wait 7 to 15 days to get the required parts.
    Totally disappointed with epluto 7g.

    Very poor service regarding battery replacement I have not been able to get a battery replacement for the last 4 months. Toll-free or call centers are jokers they just hang up. The company has no intention to give service. So even if the bike looks good don't go for it there is hard that a local dealer can do if company support is poor.

    4 servicing and maintenance battery after 2 years BMS not working worst company battery problem more time. My bike maintenance is 2 years more time battery problems bike long journey problem. E-bike long journey battery charging problem. The bike looks super. Body super. Two personal journeys were super. But the long journey with two-person mileage of 40_50km ranges only so be careful.

    Battery was not in good condition many times complained but still not in good condition. Finally battery exploded in my house at night 1 am, luckily we ran out of the house with little damage. We complained to the dealer but no use no one is responding.
    Please think twice before buying it as no proper service no proper responsibility

    Worst experience, spares are substandard quality. Battery failure, no use of warranty. Warranty is for name sake. Told to install MBF for the battery during my warranty and I did that for 4000 Rs, That too failed in a few weeks. Service center people are not interested in claiming a warranty. The brake wire and indicator switches go off very frequently. Spares are also very costly. Please don't buy it.

Company should take this seriously because dealers have already spoiled the brand image(i don't say it has got some brand value). I was a fool to take my hard earned money on this cheap toy and i request everyone else not to go for this.

    i purchased the pure ev 7g on 8th October 2021,still now it gives more issues and problems between 8months i went for service center more than 25times its irritating totally disappointed. Please retake this vehicle as soon as possible. Yesterday also it struggled. Very worst vehicle it irritating me ever still now it was not started service center also not responded to take for service it not happen this time only every time and every month it gave issues totally worst vehicle its tripper changed more than 4times in between 8months,pork claimed, charger issues, battery issues allot. Please don't buy it there is also no warranty they will not sort out the issues ever.

    This bike is only for a single rider.
    Service is not good.
    Parts of this bike or too costly we didn’t get these bike parts outside. In the showroom, they bill heavy prices. For one headlight bulb, they bill 550 rs and for one-foot rest, they bill 950 rs and we need to wait 7 to 15 days to get the required parts.
    Totally disappointed with epluto 7g.

    Very poor service regarding battery replacement I have not been able to get a battery replacement for the last 4 months. Toll-free or call centers are jokers they just hang up. The company has no intention to give service. So even if the bike looks good don't go for it there is hard that a local dealer can do if company support is poor.

    4 servicing and maintenance battery after 2 years BMS not working worst company battery problem more time. My bike maintenance is 2 years more time battery problems bike long journey problem. E-bike long journey battery charging problem. The bike looks super. Body super. Two personal journeys were super. But the long journey with two-person mileage of 40_50km ranges only so be careful.

    Battery was not in good condition many times complained but still not in good condition. Finally battery exploded in my house at night 1 am, luckily we ran out of the house with little damage. We complained to the dealer but no use no one is responding.
    Please think twice before buying it as no proper service no proper responsibility

    Worst experience, spares are substandard quality. Battery failure, no use of warranty. Warranty is for name sake. Told to install MBF for the battery during my warranty and I did that for 4000 Rs, That too failed in a few weeks. Service center people are not interested in claiming a warranty. The brake wire and indicator switches go off very frequently. Spares are also very costly. Please don't buy it.
