    Very pathetic scooter. I had sold my petrol scooter to switch to electric. One of the worst brands to choose. For my 7g model, I am getting only a 20 km range as to 100 guaranteed by the company. As this was an Indian startup we had chosen this but turns out to be the worst decision ever made.

    The battery is not working and there is no service point near it's a waste of money and waste of time battery is not charged and there is no service point near me. Service points are being closed. Pure is a failed product. the battery is not good. AMS decreased the battery stamina and showrooms have been closed in Guntur and Narasaraopet

  • Get ready to pay for new battery every 2 years

    I have plenty of issues with my Pure EV epluto7g but the primary one is the battery. If you thinking of saving some money by buying an electric vehicle, don't buy a pure EV. My vehicle has been giving me range issues after less than a year of buying. I even kept the vehicle with them for 30-45 days after which there was an issue with the range. Now My vehicle is just giving a range of 45-55 km after which it has 1-2 bars. This is after riding 90% of the time in mode 1 which has a top speed of around 34-35. When complained to the dealer they took 3 days to check if they needed to send it to the company and said it would take 1.5 months for Pure EV to repair the battery. What I am supposed to do during that time? Take non-existent public transport? Why did I buy a scooter then? I have written about this to the company executives 100 times but no response. The dealer even claims that even after repair I should only expect a range of 75 in modes one and 2 and lower (around 60) if driven in mode 3. Why did I buy this vehicle? Even now the vehicle is with the service center but now the company is asking the customer to pay and replace the battery. This is when the battery is under warranty!!! Please read the previous statement again!!

  • Bike stops suddenly even though indicator shows full charging.

    The bike stops suddenly even though the indicator shows full charging. Happened twice. No solution received yet.
    Changed the battery connector cord. No proven milage (80-90) not sure why the company is claiming 120 km.
    I use mostly single-person rides in the second mode.
    The dealer suggested keeping the charging on alternate days even though the consumption of the battery is low. On average 12kms per day is the commuted distance. No improvement in the milage and facing sudden battery.
    Not getting the confidence to go for long distances of more than 25km because of these issues.

    I had used this scooter for past 3 years worst support worst quality of material used in the scooter every 2 months there will be some issue with this scooter and no proper support from the service center. I don't recommend to anyone they say they are locally manufacturing parts but if you have any damage or part replacement time for replacement is 1 to 2 months.

    Six time my battery fail stop on road no response from customer care servicing please please don't bike this bike waste of money if you purchase this bike you should kee on road i have complain no use waste of time and energy very bad

    Body parts are very low quality
    Service is not good
    Whenever I gave to service they will charge extra money saying that your display is damaged it cost near rs3000
    Every 3 months they will charge for break bush etc..................
    Please don't buy this bike instead of buying this buy any petrol bike its worth for money
    We can use petrol bike max to 15years but this electric bike max to 2-3 years.

    The bike has lots of issues like a battery inside the boot shakes when riding on a bumpy roads and pure ev does not have any solution for this, dealers will charge you money to add some clamp to fix this, pure ev knows the issue and does not take any action on this, also the clamp is also not stable,
    service people are not skilled and they will not treat you properly.

    Very bad scooter.. Such a big waste of money… every single week I have to call the service people for this scooter’s complaints. Very easily rusting body parts. Pathetic braking system. Need changing every 1000 kms. End number of complaints about the scooter to deal with. Once you buy this scooter, your problems start. Kind advice..

    Worst ever service from pure. The battery didn't work after 4 months. They were sent to pure service and they returned after 20 days. After 3 months we got the same issue. Again they asked us to send the battery again, so you have to keep your bike aside for 20 more days. I can't use my bike for 40 days within one year.
    Created multiple incidents with pure and no action from them.
    Worst ever experience from the dealer also.

  • Get ready to pay for new battery every 2 years

    I have plenty of issues with my Pure EV epluto7g but the primary one is the battery. If you thinking of saving some money by buying an electric vehicle, don't buy a pure EV. My vehicle has been giving me range issues after less than a year of buying. I even kept the vehicle with them for 30-45 days after which there was an issue with the range. Now My vehicle is just giving a range of 45-55 km after which it has 1-2 bars. This is after riding 90% of the time in mode 1 which has a top speed of around 34-35. When complained to the dealer they took 3 days to check if they needed to send it to the company and said it would take 1.5 months for Pure EV to repair the battery. What I am supposed to do during that time? Take non-existent public transport? Why did I buy a scooter then? I have written about this to the company executives 100 times but no response. The dealer even claims that even after repair I should only expect a range of 75 in modes one and 2 and lower (around 60) if driven in mode 3. Why did I buy this vehicle? Even now the vehicle is with the service center but now the company is asking the customer to pay and replace the battery. This is when the battery is under warranty!!! Please read the previous statement again!!

  • Bike stops suddenly even though indicator shows full charging.

    The bike stops suddenly even though the indicator shows full charging. Happened twice. No solution received yet.
    Changed the battery connector cord. No proven milage (80-90) not sure why the company is claiming 120 km.
    I use mostly single-person rides in the second mode.
    The dealer suggested keeping the charging on alternate days even though the consumption of the battery is low. On average 12kms per day is the commuted distance. No improvement in the milage and facing sudden battery.
    Not getting the confidence to go for long distances of more than 25km because of these issues.

  • Worst scooter i don't recommend anyone to buy this scooter totally pathetic

    I had used this scooter for past 3 years worst support worst quality of material used in the scooter every 2 months there will be some issue with this scooter and no proper support from the service center. I don't recommend to anyone they say they are locally manufacturing parts but if you have any damage or part replacement time for replacement is 1 to 2 months.

    Six time my battery fail stop on road no response from customer care servicing please please don't bike this bike waste of money if you purchase this bike you should kee on road i have complain no use waste of time and energy very bad

    Body parts are very low quality
    Service is not good
    Whenever I gave to service they will charge extra money saying that your display is damaged it cost near rs3000
    Every 3 months they will charge for break bush etc..................
    Please don't buy this bike instead of buying this buy any petrol bike its worth for money
    We can use petrol bike max to 15years but this electric bike max to 2-3 years.

    The bike has lots of issues like a battery inside the boot shakes when riding on a bumpy roads and pure ev does not have any solution for this, dealers will charge you money to add some clamp to fix this, pure ev knows the issue and does not take any action on this, also the clamp is also not stable,
    service people are not skilled and they will not treat you properly.

    Very bad scooter.. Such a big waste of money… every single week I have to call the service people for this scooter’s complaints. Very easily rusting body parts. Pathetic braking system. Need changing every 1000 kms. End number of complaints about the scooter to deal with. Once you buy this scooter, your problems start. Kind advice..

    Worst ever service from pure. The battery didn't work after 4 months. They were sent to pure service and they returned after 20 days. After 3 months we got the same issue. Again they asked us to send the battery again, so you have to keep your bike aside for 20 more days. I can't use my bike for 40 days within one year.
    Created multiple incidents with pure and no action from them.
    Worst ever experience from the dealer also.
