Initially, the bike seemed ok, but in due course of time all the problems started to show, not comfortable seating, not a much-balanced bike, and a lot of battery issues, after 3.5years and hardly 29000kms my battery had died not even reaching 400 cycles, the company simply said exchange the battery as the warranty has expired, new battery is around 68000 and in exchange they offered 38000. Do not buy it.

Using the pure Epluto 7g for one year. Very regularly it stops working. I have to rush to the service centre. After-sales service is very poor abides branch, Hyderabad, no response, their contact number is switch off during office hours. Not to go to pure EV. Worst experience I ever had.

While buying the showroom owner was treated well after the owner's experience was worse. It's been 2yrs I've been using the bike quality is not good and now the battery issue is worse so please don't buy this company bike. My battery has been gone just for 10k km telling me to buy me a new battery cost of rupees 40k. Worst feels

Scam Indian startupDo not buy this scooter you will lose your peace of mind. Pure EV is in heavy losses and dealers and service stations are mostly closed in Hyderabad. You can try their phone number it's out of service too. Scam Indian startup you can never get your scooty repaired. Thousands of people just left it as the company could not deal with complaints. It is not possible to get a service center and if you do not get it serviced there your warranty is void.

I purchased a Pure EPluto in November 2023, excited about joining the electric vehicle revolution and expecting a reliable, eco-friendly mode of transportation. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory. The very next day after my purchase, I encountered a significant issue with the throttle. While riding, the bike abruptly stopped without any prior warning signs, leaving me stranded. This was particularly frustrating as it happened during a busy commute, causing not only inconvenience but also safety concerns.To make matters worse, I had to push the bike back home for charging, which was both physically exhausting and time-consuming. Given that this issue occurred so soon after purchase, it raised serious doubts about the reliability and quality of the Pure EPluto.Seeking a resolution, I contacted Pure’s customer support, hoping for prompt and effective assistance. Unfortunately, my experience with their after-sales service has been extremely disappointing. The response was slow, and the solutions provided were inadequate. Poor service there is no service center no one is responding to our problem. Worst experience total waste of money. Please do not buy this vehicle. Resolve our problem. There is no space to keep things or the helmet. Dissatisfied with the bike.open a service center in Davangere city and respond to your customers properly.

Waste of money. I told 2 times in the service center regarding the handle is very tight. Then also it's not getting work. So please don't purchase ev. Purchase petrol bikes. No proper suspension. Every time the rear shock rubber brake out. And the rear brake wire cost me 350 rupees more than other vehicles. Ev should not buy till 2025.

It has got a failed battery. Not worth buying. Got a great belief in it earlier, but nothing is worth it. The vehicle stops at 3 bars of battery. Takes 1 month for servicing the battery. Suspension is weak. It will be very difficult when the vehicle stops in the middle of the road. At least petrol vehicles will be handy at that time.

Not take ev. Better purchase petrol.

Waste of money. I told 2 times in the service center regarding the handle is very tight. Then also it's not getting work. So please don't purchase ev. Purchase petrol bikes. No proper suspension. Every time the rear shock rubber brake out. And the rear brake wire cost me 350 rupees more than other vehicles. Ev should not buy till 2025.

Failure battery

It has got a failed battery. Not worth buying. Got a great belief in it earlier, but nothing is worth it. The vehicle stops at 3 bars of battery. Takes 1 month for servicing the battery. Suspension is weak. It will be very difficult when the vehicle stops in the middle of the road. At least petrol vehicles will be handy at that time.

No service, no response, battery failure in warranty period. From last 2 months my bike is offline, only toll free not available but local seller not responding shop always closed. Totally my Rs.72000 wasted don't buy pure EV very bad after sale.
