They don't have supply issues, so practically no waiting time. Build quality looks ok when seen in the showroom but after just a couple of months, everything starts to make sounds, rusting, and squeaking, needing very frequent visits to the mechanic. There is a beep sound whenever I drive this in rain, it stops as soon as the vehicle gets dry. Performance is very weird, it's 58 to 60kmph for initial 10kms after full charging. Then it plateaus at 53kms for the next 40kms, then it 48 to 50 for the next 20kms, and so on...So the ride quality is decent only for the first 30 to 40kms. Obviously, this was done purposefully to increase range. But I think for the city it's unnecessary, even 80kms is a decent range for this price if one can get good ride quality. Battery for me so far has been a blessing. Service experience here in hyderabad has been good.

I started seeing the real problem after 3500 kms. The vehicle battery going offline from 4 bars(out of 6 bars) of charge while on the run. I complained and sent the battery to the company via the showroom for fixing and I got the battery back after 3 months but again the same problem within 150kms of usage.

Totally waste of money, not a single thing is good in this company not the service, not the bike, not the behavior of the staff. I have changed the battery 4 times still the battery is faulty, the staff is not picking up a call, if the battery shows fully charged and then suddenly the scooter is turned off when I called the staff they said that we can not do anything.

They don't have irrespective services. This worst experience. They did not issue free items from dec, 2022 till now. No customer care, and no servicing centers please check before buying. Accessories are also not available in Pune city.

Scrap EV

This is is useless Vehicle. I purchased it 1.5 years ago. Since the first month, it has started giving trouble. The service center suggested upgrading the battery(BMS) and the warranty will be applicable for 5 years. They have collected 5000 INR for this. Still, the issue is not resolved. The vehicle stopped automatically after 20-25 KM.The service center team is not saying anything about this, because they also know that this is a useless vehicle.There is no battery warranty for this. The service center is not accepting to repair of the battery.Finally, I approached a popular private battery repair center to repair the battery. They told the shocking news that 80% of their repairs are only pure EV batteries. My battery they told me that there will be 16 series of batteries will be there. Out of 16 series 8 series are not working. They said the battery is dead, and can't be used anymore. Now I sold my vehicle to a scrap shop for 500 Rupees.

Battery dead in a year. No service center. If you buy this you will be selling to scrap. Scrap. Waste of money. No dealer services this bike. They all are cheaters. Complete waste of money. Don't buy don't buy don't buy. They closed their company. No service. Waste of money.No second thoughts don't buy pure EV bikes.

facing issues with epluto 7g.

I bought Eploto 7g in 2021 December month. I am facing issues for 1st day. They gave a few free services to my scooter but if they changed something like any switch or a small part of the scooter they charged me. My scooter took 6-6:30 hours to charge. The range is in round:-75-85 km On full charging. At the time of buying, they say you will get some Government subsidy I have got nothing. The showroom from where I bought my scooter the showroom was closed permanently. I had not used my scooter for 3 months because was always accelerating. Whenever I am on a scooter. it starts moving. It causes problems with traffic lights. I feel I am stupid that I have bought epluto 7g. At the same price, I can buy any other electric scooter or any 125 cc bike. There are too many options in the market i don't know why I have to buy eploto 7g. If you are reading this review please don't not buy any product of pure EV.

The amount on it is waste. For the last 7 months, I have had a battery problem 3 times it's not giving 120km. Just 50km and mainly the quality of the product is worst and in 7 months I have lot of problems like converter, connecter, accelerator , wheels especially the quality of the product is worst. I have bought a problem, not the bike.

Pure EV service is main concern

I purchased pure ev Entrance plus after less than 3000 km issue started and not getting any support from service centre mainly logicon at pune and toll free no. Is just formality no one will call back if you raise complaint online to portal. While mailing got response after 10 months that pay and get service even scooter is in warranty.. because if you miss any service warranty voids but if coz of their mistake we miss service what to do?

Company doesn't have spare parts in stock for more than 75 days, then why do they sell bikes, it is its responsibility to see that they have stock of spare parts and then they claim to the dealers that it is the responsibility to keep stock how come when the company itself doesn't have.

There is a beep sound whenever I drive this in rain, it stops as soon as the vehicle gets dry. Performance is very weird, it's 58 to 60kmph for initial 10kms after full charging. Then it plateaus at 53kms for the next 40kms, then it 48 to 50 for the next 20kms, and so on...So the ride quality is decent only for the first 30 to 40kms. Obviously, this was done purposefully to increase range. But I think for the city it's unnecessary, even 80kms is a decent range for this price if one can get good ride quality. Battery for me so far has been a blessing. Service experience here in hyderabad has been good.

This is is useless Vehicle. I purchased it 1.5 years ago. Since the first month, it has started giving trouble. The service center is not accepting to repair of the battery.Finally, I approached a popular private battery repair center to repair the battery. They told the shocking news that 80% of their repairs are only pure EV batteries. My battery they told me that there will be 16 series of batteries will be there. Out of 16 series 8 series are not working. They said the battery is dead, and can't be used anymore. Now I sold my vehicle to a scrap shop for 500 Rupees.

It causes problems with traffic lights. I feel I am stupid that I have bought epluto 7g. At the same price, I can buy any other electric scooter or any 125 cc bike. There are too many options in the market i don't know why I have to buy eploto 7g. If you are reading this review please don't not buy any product of pure EV.

Just 50km and mainly the quality of the product is worst and in 7 months I have lot of problems like converter, connecter, accelerator , wheels especially the quality of the product is worst. I have bought a problem, not the bike.

Pure EV service is main concern

I purchased pure ev Entrance plus after less than 3000 km issue started and not getting any support from service centre mainly logicon at pune and toll free no. Is just formality no one will call back if you raise complaint online to portal. While mailing got response after 10 months that pay and get service even scooter is in warranty.. because if you miss any service warranty voids but if coz of their mistake we miss service what to do?

Spare Parts not available

Company doesn't have spare parts in stock for more than 75 days, then why do they sell bikes, it is its responsibility to see that they have stock of spare parts and then they claim to the dealers that it is the responsibility to keep stock how come when the company itself doesn't have.
