Worst product ever purchased in my life. The battery stops working after every 30 to 40 days by the voltage is down. In fact, the dealer swasti enterprises try to skip free service and even didn't makes reminders to customers for service. Eventually, the warranty laps and then they can charge you a thick sum of money. The battery is not reliable I have faced a battery stop issue 7 times and still counting..., vehicle quality is poor, and the customer service center is a joke they won't listen to any problem. Regretting purchasing this vehicle. In fact, the behavior of the staff is also not good at showroom swasti enterprises, especially mechanics.

1. Had happily bought one that will save petrol, and will save the environment.
2.The driving experience was also fine.
3. The weight of the vehicle is very less and the performance is also not good. Build quality is also very poor. The suspension starts to make noise in a few days.
4. The company had only one service center in Indore, which was very difficult for me. If you have any problem, they speak directly to you. We will not be able to help you. Take out the battery and bring it to our service center.
5. I will give you a suggestion to buy a petrol scooter instead of a pure ev because pure ev doesn't hold any value after 1 year. When it's one thing the battery will go bad. Then you can't do anything about it. Nor does it have any sale value. Even if you are not happy with activa, at least sell it and you will get at least 50% of your money back.

This is a pathetic and sub-standard vehicle. The battery is very dangerous and unreliable. Cheap spares, no service from dealer and company once the vehicle is sold no one will even bother to look at you. If someone wants to confirm this call company customer care as an existing customer and try to gouge their response. Buy this vehicle at your own risk. I sold it within 6 months. I read somewhere that about 6 people were dead due to their battery explosion and no reaction from the company and dealer.

I had purchase e-scooter in Sep 2021 and till now I ridden 950 km and performance is amazing with given range. I got 100-105 km range in single charge with double seat. My daily running is 12km.
Looks so attractive, eye catcher till time 30-40 times on different places people enquire about scooter feel like i had done something different then usual.
Only drawback is no boot space , less seating space.

Do not believe salespeople. They will tell all lies when you go to buy. The riding experience is terrible and even worse with a pillion rider. I cannot pull you even in low elevations. Mileage they say is 120kms which is completely fake. It comes only around 50kms. Once you ride your vehicle in rain, your bike is gone case. You have to spend around 25k for the motor, controller, and others. If your battery is gone, congrats you need another 40k. One of the worst electrical bikes. Guess what even when you pay the full amount to get your spares replaced, it comes with no warranty. If it's not working in another month or so you need to get it replaced at additional cost. So this bike is nothing but your money burner. Even then if you want to buy it. You can go ahead. Cheers..!! looks good.

If you're really very happy in life and looking for some mental torture. If you don't have to go anywhere and looking for frequent visits to the service center. If you don't have anybody to call and want to spend hours together trying to reach their customer care to raise a complaint. Then buy a vehicle from this company.
They just don't take customer's problems seriously and nobody does really respond. The company will take complaints and say that we will get a call back but we never get any response. It has been 3-4 months now that the vehicle is lying in the service center only and the vehicle is just 1 year old.

I have bought it and I regret buying it my mother passes sarcastic comments about buying this after service is the worst and the employees have rude behavior toward customers even towards women. I hate the company 1 month has passed and still my vehicle is at service center without repair.

Don't buy this bike
I am facing a battery problem for 6 months still not been resolved. Poor customer care they don't have spares. The service center will not service your bike properly they give your bike as it is without servicing the bike. If you call the service center they will say the factory is not responding if you call the factory they say we will not do anything service center is responsible for one.
