I got the GT 650 British racing green after 1 month of booking. The bike was super smooth and very torquey like a diesel. Despite the heaviness, the bike is amazing to ride. In terms of looks, The bike is a head-turner, we get that big bike feeling. Service cost is a bit costlier. But looking at a 650 cc bike, it's very cheap and also service interval is between 10,000 kms. Every 5000 km is only for cleaning, checkups & top-ups. powerful yet torquey engine is the main thing I love in this bike. Engine heat in city traffic is a major disadvantage. You should be very careful while twisting the throttle, not because of the power, but the fuel efficiency. it becomes very less when ridden with good throttle. The harder the throttle lesser the fuel in the tank. Also, the fuel gauge is the most hated thing in this bike. Very very inaccurate. But overall, Only love the bike.

Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 Review
The Continental GT 650 offers a perfect blend of retro café racer styling and modern performance. Its 648cc twin-engine delivers a smooth 47.65 bhp, with linear power that's ideal for both city rides and highway cruising. The aggressive riding position suits spirited rides, while the chassis handles well, although long rides may feel uncomfortable due to the committed posture.
Equipped with disc brakes and dual-channel ABS, it ensures confident braking. The suspension feels slightly stiff, but overall ride quality is solid. With fuel efficiency of around 22-25 km/l, it balances performance with affordability. The GT 650 stands out for its style and price, though it lacks some modern features.
    Pros:
    Classic design
    Smooth engine
    Strong brakes
    Cons:
    Aggressive riding posture
    Stiff suspension over bumps

Royal enfield has outdone itself with the 650 twins. Fantastic performance for the price. There is no competition for these in india as well international markets. The torque is just perfect. Fantastic acceleration. Great sounding stock exhaust. Eye catching looks. No complaints whatsoever. Has been a fantastic experience overall. Kudos to royal enfield for bringing this to the consumers. Maintenance and service is hassle free. Purchased online and was delivered at the local dealership. Took 6.5 months for it because i wanted the chrome variant. But it was worth the wait. Special attention is given to all 650 owners in my opinion. Sales and service staff has been very courteous through the entire process.Spares costs are also low for a bike of it's caliber. Go for it if you want a sporty retro charm. The 650 prototype was built on the gt platform. So there is no doubt this is better than the interceptor in terms of handling and ergonomics. Interceptor is only a conversion of this model to a more commuter style motorcycle for those who would not want the slightly aggressive stance the gt has to offer. Truly "a ton of fun" in my opinion. Cheers!!

It's a great and budget-friendly cafe racer bike that is very popular on road trips and also local riding, the way of looking royal enfield continental GT650 is a killer machine, a nice overall, and the shifting gear and road task is way better than other bikes, but problem is pillion, it is a single riding cafe racer bike, fine with the 650 cc machine but royal Enfield manufacturer need to set them as soon as possible and remanufacture a safe and comfortable bike to be the best cafe racer bike and that will be really happened I guess

It has an aggressive riding position not great for longer journeys. Its smooth, powerful engine offers good pickup. While not the most fuel-efficient, you can expect around 20-30 kmpl depending on riding style. The suspension is decent, but some riders find it a bit stiff on rough roads. This is the best bike you can get under the 3 to 4 lakh price range its mileage is arguably one of the best mileages if you compare it to other 650cc bikes but its top speed is less compared to others on the road price would probably be around 3.7 to 4 lakhs if your looking for speed and torque this is the bike for you one. Though the Royal Enfield Continental GT 650 is capable enough for long rides its ergonomics might be an issue. This GT 650's riding position is significantly sportier than that of the Interceptor. In that sense, it remains true to its cafe racer heritage.

This bike is so good for re lovers . But this bike has 1 demerit that it is very heavy by which thin people can't handle it,but they can take ride on it. It shows around 20 to 25 kmpl depend on your ride and city..But i think ktm bikes have more power than re continental 650. The best thing in this bike is its tank which make me comfortable.

  • Retro powerful and smooth

    Vs Rajput

Buying experience with re was highly interactive they treat customers as family and were really informative. From visiting showroom to getting the bike was very smooth and fun. With a plethora of bikes launching every year re has given Indian market an motorcycle to feel the true passion of motorcycling. 650 twin cylinder engine is absolutely refined and produces power when you need it ! riding posture gives the character a true cafe racer deserves. Other than the massive weight of bike which sometimes feels like a hassle to pull out of parking this motorcycle feels like feather when riding.Looks wise this bike deserves 10/10. Huge headlamp, visible engine and aggressive posture gives the retro look all the og motorcyclists crave for. 2 massive exhausts give the hefty look to this beast.Performance is amazing because of the twin cylinders in this machine which provide linear acceleration all the way through. Braking is excellent ! only thing which disappoints is the heavy clutch which leads to palm pain during traffic and sometimes motorcycle goes into false neutral while shifting from 1st to 2nd. Other than this motorcycle is absolutely delight to own.Service experience is good with re. 650 mammoth requires a lot of engine oil so service cost comes north of 1500. Motorcycle is easy to maintain.Pros:Performance - 47 hp at this price point is rare and delivery is on point.Looks - it doesn’t get any more retro than this.Braking - motorcycle has a shear amount of force to stop the moving 200kg beast.Posture - provides you the committed posture cafe racers require. Makes you feel alive.Mods - re has a lot of mods for this bike : single seat to bar end mirrors.Cons:1. Tubeless tyres - spoked wheels result in tubeless tyres so goodluck dragging this 200kg bike if you do get a puncture.2. Clutch feels heavy3. Broad tyres result in heavy handle bar while turning4. Posture too aggressive for some riders which might lead to back and wrist pain after long ridesOverall it doesn’t get better than this at this price point. If you’re looking for a retro motorcycle which can deliver power you want and looks you will fall in love with then surely go for this motorcycle.Re interceptor 650 is also an excellent option if you’re into long rides and touring.

The royal enfield continental gt 650 is a modern classic motorcycle that was introduced in 2018. It is a stylish café racer with a retro look that has won over many riders. Here is a detailed review of the royal enfield continental gt 650:
    Design:
The royal enfield continental gt 650 has a classic café racer design, with a single seat and a fuel tank that is reminiscent of vintage motorcycles. The bike has clip-on handlebars and rear-set footpegs that give the rider a sporty riding position. The bike also features a twin-pod instrument cluster that provides information about speed, fuel level, and other important data.
    Engine and performance:
The royal enfield continental gt 650 is powered by a 648cc, parallel-twin engine that produces 47 horsepower and 52 nm of torque. The engine is mated to a six-speed transmission that provides smooth gear changes. The bike has a top speed of around 170 km/h and can reach 0-100 km/h in around 6 seconds.
The engine is smooth and responsive, and it provides a great riding experience. The bike has a refined exhaust note that is not too loud, but still sounds great. The continental gt 650 is also very fuel-efficient, with a claimed mileage of around 25 km/l.
    Handling and suspension:
The royal enfield continental gt 650 has a steel tubular frame and a twin-spar frame that provides good stability and handling. The bike has telescopic front forks and twin rear shock absorbers that provide a comfortable ride. The bike has a ground clearance of 174 mm, which is adequate for most road conditions.
The bike has a dry weight of 198 kg, which makes it slightly heavy, but it is well-balanced and easy to handle. The continental gt 650 has a dual-channel abs system that provides good stopping power, and the brakes are responsive and provide good feedback.
    Comfort and convenience:
The royal enfield continental gt 650 has a single-seat design that may not be suitable for long rides. The bike has a slightly forward-leaning riding position that can be tiring for some riders. However, the bike has a comfortable seat and good ergonomics that provide a comfortable ride.
The bike has a small fuel tank of 12.5 liters, which may not be suitable for long rides. The bike also has limited storage space, with only a small tool kit under the seat.
    Conclusion:
Overall, the royal enfield continental gt 650 is a great bike that offers a blend of classic design and modern technology. The bike has a responsive engine, good handling, and comfortable ride quality. The bike is also fuel-efficient and has good stopping power. The bike may not be suitable for long rides, but it is a great bike for short rides and weekend getaways. The continental gt 650 is great value for money and is a must-consider bike for riders who appreciate classic design and modern technology.

Cheers!!
