Recently i booked bs6 version of interceptor,my friend have bs4 version, i had a great journey on it, vehicle is awesome, no words to say retro look, big engine, no vibration, buttery smooth performance, brands legacy, affordable price,outstanding performance ,0 to 120 in just 5 seconds ,one small defect is silencer placing ,literally it will eat your skin, placing should be modified.

If i could say the best machines ever built by royal enfield would be the interceptor or the continental. I had a short ride on the interceptor riding comfort is perfect but the rear seats foot rest is partially higher and its a discomfort for a long ride to be true.The engine is powerful and competes with the duke 390 bmw 310 the rr 310.

I am having baker express color.
Previously I was riding 150 CC bike. But after riding this beast I am very much impressed with the smoothness. No vibration while riding this bike at 120 km. Having good confidence in braking system.
Excellent pickup.
Getting around 20 km per litre average in city but its fine for me.

I got a chance to ride this bike for 200-300 km. I have covered a distance of approx. 250km from rajkot to ahmedabad. Then I have also ridden the bike on rough roads and kachha road.
->riding experience:
if I talk about the riding experience, I was very confident to ride 650cc bike after riding this. It offers to good control over the bike. The control system is awesome. It covers the acceleration of 0-80 km in just 5-6 sec max. The pickup of this bike is amazing and the braking system is awesome. The is not much vibration in the bike. The engine is very refined. The exhaust sound is quite amazing.
Mileage:
I have also tested the mileage of the interceptor650, it gives the max mileage of about 28kmpl at highway and 24-26 kmpl in the city.
Service:
As there is no cover for the chain, regular cleaning is required.
Cons:
1. The seat is quite narrow, so it is not very comfortable for long rides.
2. The rear footrest is a little bit higher than the rider's footrest, so for taller people, it is uncomfortable to sit.

Positives: The bike has a good retro look. The headlamps have sufficient throw when dark. The engine is eager to move and is versatile - you can ride it both in a relaxed manner as well as in a sporty manner. The ride height is comfortable and getting on and off the bike is easy. The service interval is 1 year and charges are reasonable. Fit and finish is good. Minor negatives: the instrument cluster is very basic - it should have had a clock and gear position indicator. The bike is heavy to move around in a parking spot. The foot pegs come in way while maneuverings the bike at low speeds or in slow moving traffic. The bike is wide with exhaust on both sides and care needs to be taken in traffic. Seat is good for short rides - not so good for long rides. Overall, it is a very balanced and well made bike. One will enjoy the ownership experience. Royal Enfield can make this bike better by bringing small upgrades such as a clock, gear shift indicator and better seats

This is the first time i visited a Royal Enfield showroom (teknik motors @ indira nagar) and the interceptor 650 caught my eye and i liked the way it looked and, from then on its been a good experience. I took a test ride and loved every aspect of the bike. The handling, the ease with which i could ride it was something that surprised me. The gear shift, the ride quality, the balance and the pickup and stability was awesome. I liked the contemporary look and styling of the bike and that coupled with the on road price, i feel its a great package. The buying experience from teknik motors @ indiranagar was a excellent experience. Thanks team.

My 4th bikers tour to northeast 5 states was made very comfortable on my interceptor 650 without any problem. I am very confident on my bike. Thanks to re. Only a little bit problem of petrol tank capacity but this problem has not occurred in one but maybe in leh ladakh you have to carry extra petrol can with you. The bike performance was the wonderful, very smooth engine and soft gear shifting.

First when i got the bike i was scared of how heavy and bulgy it was but after a day or so i got use to the bike and coming to the riding experience amazing performance true value for money detailing i did ceramic coating so after every water wash the bike looks good as new service royal enfield is very much up to you just let them know what is your problem they will just go on be on your expectations and put all there efforts to resolve the issue Pros: Value for money, Amazing performance. Kind of family bike with amazing power. Cons: Foot pedal is disturbing at first now got use to it. Pillion foot pedal little shot. Chrome quality not so great.
