    Bharati Makhija

    The bike was purchased for Rs 80,000 nine months ago. Its top speed would reach 30 km/h, and the battery wouldn't last more than three days. The daily commute was approximately 12 km. The dealer, Chaskar Enterprise, is pathetic and lacks moral values.
    The scooter purchased 9 months back covered 2000kms, the battery failed and we returned the battery to Chaskar Enterprise to know the issue. Chaskar Enterprise didn’t open the battery to see what the issue was as they did not have the skilled technicians to do it.
    After 10 days, we received a video from Chaskar Enterprise, claiming that water damage was the cause of the battery failure.
    My main contention is: why wasn't the battery opened in front of us to verify the presence of water? It raises doubts about the competency of Chaskar Enterprise's technicians, as our scooter is always parked under a shade and we do not wash the scooter through pipes. As consumers, we deserve transparency, especially when it comes to such significant purchases.
    Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that the responsibility is being shifted onto us, the consumers. This incident is not isolated but rather indicative of a larger problem with the company's malpractices. The recurring failure of the Joy model is alarming and underscores the need for immediate action.
    I strongly believe that both Chaskar Enterprise and the company should be held accountable for their actions. Legal action, including the cancellation of licenses, should be pursued to prevent further exploitation of consumers.

    My buying experience was smooth as the customer support team was constantly in touch with us.
    I had taken test ride of lot of electric bikes. Such as OLA, Ather, Joy ebike and all. After that I bought joy e bike wolf. WOLF is perfect for me as it meets all my requirements.
    Service-wise and maintenance wise I haven't faced any problems.

  • Pathetic company no joy at all

    Pathetic company and service. They sold with 45km/hrs speed now we came to know that it's not allowed as per traffic police rules. When trying to contact the company they are not responding at all. Will suggest going with another company but not such an immprofeesional company. Nobody is ready to respond to any queries.

    Bike is useless and service of joy is pathetic. My battery got faulty after about one year & the battery was submitted to the service centre 2 months + later. There is no tat, no communication & accountability. No one responds properly. Till today replacement has not been received. This is a big scam this company is not for business but for looting otherwise they would have acted fast to resolve customer issues. Total waste of money,
    Never buy Joy e-bike.

    Buying experience is good dealer take much follow-up for sale there product
    Riding experience is very bad lot vibration in handle no suspension quality feel, can't see in mirror due to lot of vibration, can't handle bad patches of road, feel back pain in just 10km ride
    Look wise is good scooter but performance is very bad in eco mode its terrible other vehicle rash it, mileage also decrease to due battery loosing life,
    No service available dealer not provide after sale service, company technicians said your location out of service area you need to do it by local mechanic. No parts available.
    Don't buy this scooter stay away.

    I bought this vehicle in april 2021. It has troubled me a lot. The built quality is pathetic. The parts are delicate. Battery is horrible. I couldn’t ride 25kms range after a full charge 6 months after the purchase. Now the battery has gone dead and the new battery is costing 38000. Dealership has been giving me reasons and blames us for not using the vehicle properly. I would not recommend any product of this company.

    Worst product and customer service, the battery can't take mileage 30km one-time change so I request to customer service that after the 1-month change it and took old 2nd hand battery but given the mileage 28km one-time charge. so I wrote a complaint and mail but they did;t replied and any answer from his rsm department at Pune contact person.

  • Low quality cheap toy with no joy

    The seller was too sweet while selling with lots of fake promises. This was told to run an 80 kms single charge with a speed of 45 km per hour however it was restricted to 25 km per hour with a max 45-50 km single charge.
    The body is cheap material as it cracked in places and the seller refused to replace parts saying it's not under warranty. Too low seat, good for young girls or ladies. Not good for daily commute.
    Service is average, maintenance seems low. Better and strong options are available in the market. Don't waste your money.

  • My bikes fault

    I bought this bike for my daily routine. The company said that it runs for 100 kms but it barely runs for 50 kms. We also talked to the owner of the showroom about this problem but he gave us the same battery instead.
    A few days ago my bike's stand bolt has fallen and I lost it after that I told the showroom owner he said I haven't bolted.
    Now, what I do?

  • My bikes fault

    I bought this bike for my daily routine. The company said that it runs for 100 kms but it barely runs for 50 kms. We also talked to the owner of the showroom about this problem but he gave us the same battery instead.
    A few days ago my bike's stand bolt has fallen and I lost it after that I told the showroom owner he said I haven't bolted.
    Now, what I do?

  • Harrasment to Customers E-bike Joy Dealer Chaskar Enterprise

    The bike was purchased for Rs 80,000 nine months ago. Its top speed would reach 30 km/h, and the battery wouldn't last more than three days. The daily commute was approximately 12 km. The dealer, Chaskar Enterprise, is pathetic and lacks moral values.
    The scooter purchased 9 months back covered 2000kms, the battery failed and we returned the battery to Chaskar Enterprise to know the issue. Chaskar Enterprise didn’t open the battery to see what the issue was as they did not have the skilled technicians to do it.
    After 10 days, we received a video from Chaskar Enterprise, claiming that water damage was the cause of the battery failure.
    My main contention is: why wasn't the battery opened in front of us to verify the presence of water? It raises doubts about the competency of Chaskar Enterprise's technicians, as our scooter is always parked under a shade and we do not wash the scooter through pipes. As consumers, we deserve transparency, especially when it comes to such significant purchases.
    Furthermore, I find it unacceptable that the responsibility is being shifted onto us, the consumers. This incident is not isolated but rather indicative of a larger problem with the company's malpractices. The recurring failure of the Joy model is alarming and underscores the need for immediate action.
    I strongly believe that both Chaskar Enterprise and the company should be held accountable for their actions. Legal action, including the cancellation of licenses, should be pursued to prevent further exploitation of consumers.

    My buying experience was smooth as the customer support team was constantly in touch with us.
    I had taken test ride of lot of electric bikes. Such as OLA, Ather, Joy ebike and all. After that I bought joy e bike wolf. WOLF is perfect for me as it meets all my requirements.
    Service-wise and maintenance wise I haven't faced any problems.

  • Pathetic company no joy at all

    Pathetic company and service. They sold with 45km/hrs speed now we came to know that it's not allowed as per traffic police rules. When trying to contact the company they are not responding at all. Will suggest going with another company but not such an immprofeesional company. Nobody is ready to respond to any queries.

    Bike is useless and service of joy is pathetic. My battery got faulty after about one year & the battery was submitted to the service centre 2 months + later. There is no tat, no communication & accountability. No one responds properly. Till today replacement has not been received. This is a big scam this company is not for business but for looting otherwise they would have acted fast to resolve customer issues. Total waste of money,
    Never buy Joy e-bike.

    Buying experience is good dealer take much follow-up for sale there product
    Riding experience is very bad lot vibration in handle no suspension quality feel, can't see in mirror due to lot of vibration, can't handle bad patches of road, feel back pain in just 10km ride
    Look wise is good scooter but performance is very bad in eco mode its terrible other vehicle rash it, mileage also decrease to due battery loosing life,
    No service available dealer not provide after sale service, company technicians said your location out of service area you need to do it by local mechanic. No parts available.
    Don't buy this scooter stay away.

  • Waste money on Joy

    I bought this vehicle in april 2021. It has troubled me a lot. The built quality is pathetic. The parts are delicate. Battery is horrible. I couldn’t ride 25kms range after a full charge 6 months after the purchase. Now the battery has gone dead and the new battery is costing 38000. Dealership has been giving me reasons and blames us for not using the vehicle properly. I would not recommend any product of this company.

    Worst product and customer service, the battery can't take mileage 30km one-time change so I request to customer service that after the 1-month change it and took old 2nd hand battery but given the mileage 28km one-time charge. so I wrote a complaint and mail but they did;t replied and any answer from his rsm department at Pune contact person.

  • Low quality cheap toy with no joy

    The seller was too sweet while selling with lots of fake promises. This was told to run an 80 kms single charge with a speed of 45 km per hour however it was restricted to 25 km per hour with a max 45-50 km single charge.
    The body is cheap material as it cracked in places and the seller refused to replace parts saying it's not under warranty. Too low seat, good for young girls or ladies. Not good for daily commute.
    Service is average, maintenance seems low. Better and strong options are available in the market. Don't waste your money.
