KTM India has announced the launch of the OBD2-compliant models in the Indian market, and the list includes the company’s most affordable product, the 125 Duke. The latest iteration of this 125cc roadster-segment motorcycle is available in a single variant and two colours.
The colour palette comprises Electronic Orange and Ceramic White paint themes. These paint options come with different shades for the chassis and the alloy wheels. The Electronic Orange paint theme, for example, gets an orange colour for the main frame and a black finish to the sub-frame and alloy wheels. Meanwhile, the Ceramic White colour features a black finish to the main frame, white paint for the sub-frame, and an orange finish to the alloy wheels. The graphics, too, are noticeably different on both colour themes.
The 2023 KTM 125 Duke has been priced at Rs. 1,78,892 (ex-showroom, Delhi). Notably, despite their differences in colours for the chassis, sub-frame, and alloy wheels, both paint themes are available at the same price tag.
Apart from the onboard diagnostics system, the mechanical specifications of the 2023 KTM 125 Duke remain unaltered. Thus, the 2023 model retains the 124.7cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with Bosch electronic fuel injection. Linked to a six-speed gearbox, this motor continues to deliver a maximum output of 14.3bhp at 9,250rpm and a peak torque of 12Nm at 8,000rpm.
The 2023 KTM 125 Duke rivals the likes of the Yamaha MT-15 in the Indian market.
