The worst battery needs to run to the service center every week, the company had already replaced it twice still the same problem after 30 to 40 kms battery stops working and you keep on visiting the service center.
Parts are weak and delicate and not available in the market.
The service center is also the worst no support and battery replacement takes > a month and they don't provide any spare battery till that time, effectively you can not use it and keep it in the showcase.

Just to the showroom appeal I bought this bike. Right from purchase time there was a lot of problem with the front meter panel, cone set, front t-rod, and most important the battery. The battery (main part) went out at 12000 km, for which the company never take responsibility.
I think for god's sake no one should buy this worst-quality product.

Waste of money. Please don’t buy this bike. It will stop whenever rain comes yet in the middle of the road. Bike parts are not reliable. I changed mcb more than five times in 8 months. If we need any parts for the bike, we need to wait more than three months for the parts from the company. Bad service while showroom no support from the company.

Pure ev body is filthy, body parts are very delicate. The body gets cracks even if it falls on its own. Think twice before you purchase. I faced a lot of issues with this brand. They don't even have proper technicians after-sales service is poor. If you have any doubts ask pure ev owned vehicle owners for their feedback after a year.

This was initially good. But it developed many issues later. It's just like a toy bike for 95000/-.I would not recommend this bike to anyone—just a waste of money. You won't find better mechanics and servicing centers for this bike. This bike would stop suddenly while traveling even when the battery is still 3 points on. The charge for repairing is also high.

This is the worst bike and a waste of money. Marathahlli's services are very worst they don't respond. The earlier person absconded by cheating the customer.
No one attends the bike, really it is paining after a hard-earned money spent.
It is just 14 months old and I am using the vehicle for daily commuting.

Don't get this moped by mistake. It is a very worst-class moped. Their service is also very third class. Maintenance is very costly. It's only been 1 year since I got the moped but it has so many problems in a year don't ask. 2 times it got stuck on the road and had to be brought by tempo. One suggestion don't purchase.

Worst ev moped due to following reasons.
1. Problem with the battery. Though the battery is half full it turns off in the middle of the road.
2. Service centers have dozens of vehicles in the queue and need to visit multiple times to get the vehicle serviced.
3. Shock absorbers not up to standard
4. Headlight throws light toward the sky rather road, night vision is very bad.

I have wasted Rs 100000 by purchasing this worst-ever scooty E trance Neo, just drove 3800 kms and the battery is gone. No service from the company, lame excuses from dealers about warranty and repair, Now asking me to purchase a new battery for Rs 40000, looting people, the government must intervene and stop this loot from the general public by these companies. No options all in vain.
My life's worst ever experience. Feeling helpless.
I suggest everyone never think about this Pure Ev Scooty.
